They generally are timely and respond quickly to any problems that may arise with an order. Turns out I paid 8 dollars in fees for a PICKUP order on a 19 dollar order. They scam you and don’t tell you about added fees. They also don’t let you cancel. Literally use any other app. Don’t support this disgusting money grab just because it has Btown on it. It took almost 2.5hrs for the food to get delivered and when it finally arrived it was literally freezing cold. No communication from the driver or the restaurant to let us know it would take so long. The estimated time for delivery was 45-55mins when the food was ordered!! Has no clue what your address is and where too be. Puts order total up at least $10 every time. Anyways, does get the job done but never a financially responsible move ordering from this app. You’re better off calling in your food for self pickup. My 2 cents peace. **Developer response:** we appreciate your feedback. We are reviewing our fees and implementing ways to make the ordering experience more affordable. We recently created a $.01 delivery fee category and will always be featuring at least 3 popular restaurants in it. We'll be doing other things like this as well. ### 1/5 — Awful *2020-02-02, version 3.3.11* One of the worst delivery service providers I’ve ever used. I try over and over again, constantly disappointed. The platform tracking system is sub par, the app tells you that the delivery is on it’s way & an hour later still no show and there is no way for the customer to communicate with the driver. Crazy high processing, tax etc. Do not download. **Developer response:** we appreciate your feedback.
