Cependant, les deux dernières mises à jour ont introduit un nouveau splash screen, et je dois dire que je n’aime pas du tout. Je préférais largement l’ancien splash screen d’origine. Je me permets donc de demander au développeur de bien vouloir rétablir l’ancien splash screen ou, à défaut, de nous donner la possibilité de choisir un splash screen de votre application. This app is very nice because it has no ads, you can use offline, and it has features like spotify. It also barely takes battery, so I can use other apps without significantly downing the battery, and it doesn't die on me while sleeping. This is the closest thing I've used on my iPhone to Android in terms of freedom to do want you want to your music on your iPhone instead of having to use a pc everytime. I’ve been loving it ever since; it has everything you need. The user interface is super clean, easy to use, and to import files or connect to a server. Now, here are some of my problems, I feel that the shuffle mode always plays in the same cycle every time, and I wish there were an easier option to “play all, shuffle all” instead of having to hit the three dots, scroll down, and then find it. I sync my music library by having a folder in iCloud & this app plays them all perfectly. Additionally, I love that you can set the album artwork for each album from an image, because I prefer to have one high quality "cover.png" instead of the same image embedded in each track. Gapless works flawlessly, unlike Apple Music, and the new liquid glass updates look nice. I would have given it 5 stars but it needs 2 features first a dedicated Apple Watch app I don’t like rely on tidal and Apple Music to add a playlist to my watch for working out without my phone so that would be a huge plus. Also UPNP would be huge in app to play to A/V recievers, WiiM, or anything else that supports UPNP. Requests like yours help us prioritize what to work on next! ### 5/5 — Equalizer issue *2025-06-16* The reason I’m giving a low rating is that this app says that some of my music is DRM lock which is crazy cause I purchased all of my songs from the iTunes Store I can say that some of the albums / songs I have purchase I’m not sure what to do cause I can’t play all of my music with the equalizer I use other apps like boom bass booster equalizer and that app I can play my music and use the equalizer on all of my songs so if you can fix this issue I’m having with BTR equalizer app it would be great again the issue is that your app states that some of my music is DRM lock **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this has caused. BTR AMP can only apply its EQ and audio processing features to songs that iOS allows third-party apps to access. Unfortunately, some tracks in the Apple Music/iTunes Library are reported by iOS as DRM-protected, even when users believe they purchased them outright. When this happens, Apple restricts access to the underlying audio data, which prevents BTR AMP from applying EQ, volume normalization, and other advanced audio enhancements. The good news is that music imported directly into BTR AMP through the Files tab is not subject to these restrictions, and all audio processing features work as expected. If you'd be willing to contact us through the in-app Help & Suggestions feature or at support@btrlabs.com, we'd be happy to take a closer look at the specific albums or songs involved. This app appears to allow universal music formats, Stream only allows MP3. However, the big letdown here is that you have to load an additional program onto your personal computer (Cyberduck) and provide the login and password to the app, theoretically providing the developer access to your system through this program (in the app privacy section an unexplained “Other Data” is data that is linked to you). In Stream the ftp/http transfer is built in to the app and the connection is only open as long as you keep it open. No third party software, no personal passwords or access to my files potentially shared with the developers or bad actors that get the info. I like my privacy, I guess I will just have to stick with MP3s for now. **Developer response:** Thank you for your detailed feedback and for sharing your concerns about the Wi-Fi transfer process. Please rest assured that we do not have access to your personal files, passwords, or any data. All of those stay on your device or on the cloud service they came from. BTR AMP had to pass a third party code level audit before being granted the privilege to use the Google Drive API by Google. They verified that the connection is only used for the duration of the transfer, similar to how built-in FTP/HTTP transfers operate in other apps. Regarding the “Other Data” mentioned in the privacy section, this data is specifically and exclusively related to the use of the Google Drive functionality. If you do not create a Google Drive connection, this data is not used by BTR AMP. And even in the case of Google Drive, the reference exists in the "Other Data" section due to the fact that Google knows who you are when you connect to your Google Drive account. BTR Labs does not collect any personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and ensure that all data usage is solely for improving app performance or for the implementation of specific functionality such as the Google Drive connectivity. And please note that the use of CyberDuck is not remotely a requirement to use BTR AMP. It is just one of many ways to get your music files imported/downloaded into BTR AMP. As soon as you want to play some thing you have to pay for a subscription. This is completely crazy. I will not pay for an application that plays my music! Response to the developers answer:Maybe your app is better and has more features than Apple Music. However, I am only paying a monthly subscription for a service that grows and delivers me more value the following month. In the case of Apple Music it is more music every Friday. I don’t think you can deliver new content every Friday. **Developer response:** BTR AMP is not a free app, nor is paying for a subscription required. There are TWO WAYS to pay for it… either a ONE TIME PAYMENT, or a monthly or yearly subscription. The only way to get the 30 day free trial is to sign up for the subscription, which you can immediately cancel before paying anything and still receive the free 30 day trial. If you’re not convinced after even a week of using BTR AMP that it provides significantly more features and value than the iOS Music app, cancel the subscription (if you hadn't already) and delete the app and you will be charged nothing. ### 2/5 — Leider keine Unterstützung für OneDrive :-( *2025-06-18* Die App an sich ist gut, einfach bedienbar und läuft stabil. Additionally those rich features are very rich, in that they’re locked behind a $60 paywall. Basically anything that isn’t a basic function is locked behind premium, even something as simple as importing and exporting a playlist. Can’t even use the app enough to see if you like it or not. Also there is a volume knob in the lower left hand corner of the player. It’s absolutely tiny, we’re talking less than the width of a finger. Deranged design choice. I want whoever put that there to look me in the eye while attempting to explain to me why that was a good decision. I’m sure they would be able to, after all they’re so confident in that decision that you’re not allowed to remove that UI element. Evermusic, Flacbox, and VLC literally do not work for my music library but this does so smoothly. I have 15,000 songs on the microsd I plug into my iphone. Took about 20 mins to get all the metadata imported after mounting the folder. Now it’s perfect! So easy to just plug in, open the app, and immediately start listening.
