Frustration gone!
I had doubts that I will use this app a lot because we don’t plan out every detail of our trips. I started by adding the trips and importing some of our reservations to it just to try it out. I realized very soon that having the trips shared with my family and all the flight and hotel reservations imported into it was a one click search for any of us to look up details. It is amazing!!! I used to search for reservation e-mails, then had to remember flight times…. Now it is all in one place!

Doesn’t work
I tried to use app several times and try to register using two different emails. Nothing would work and the email they kept sending me with the link was blank each time.
Very Convenient & Well Done App
Makes itinerary organization and coordination a breeze which wife and I used to do in a Google Doc. The benefits of coupling this with bookings makes everything so much more coherent when planning a trip.
A great travel app
I would recommend this app to anyone planning a trip who needs simplicity, automation and flexibility. I have spent years traveling both domestically and internationally and have used a multitude of different apps and techniques to plan my travels, but BTravelrs really stands out.
Not only is the interface sleek but I LOVE their time-sorting feature so I have one less thing to mess with. My plans will adjust automatically when I move things around, so I never have to worry about overlapping plans or missing out on something important.
The BEST BEST part is that it’s completely free to use the app. We spend enough money on the trip, amirite?! Using the app, it’s clear to me that BTravelrs was designed with real travelers in mind and I can’t wait to see what new features they come out with. If you’re a frequent traveler or planning your first trip, this app is a must-have!

Sleek and Intuitive
I’ve tried many different trip planning apps and was really impressed with this one. It has a very sleek and clean design, quickly allowing me to see what’s relevant and view my Trips, Reservations, and Itinerary without the clutter of some of the other apps.
I love that I can import my Reservations simply by forwarding them to the provided email and it will automatically parse them and add them to my Trips. If any errors occur, they also show that in an Imports section (other apps lack this or make it very hard to find).
I was also a big fan of their Tripmates features, which allow me to add people without the app, like my children, to a Trip and assign them to specific Itinerary Items (great for when my wife and I would like to go lay on the beach while the kids attend a workshop, for example). This was unique amongst all the apps I’ve tried.
And their Itinerary management options are some of the best, particularly their ability to add Itinerary Items both with and without Dates and Times, giving me lots of flexibility when creating and arranging my Itinerary.
Lastly, while it’s missing some of the advanced features some other apps have, the team seems dedicated to continuously adding features and improving the app, as I’ve already seen significant improvements since using the app. And they take feedback seriously, having incorporated some of the things I’ve suggested as well. Given that they are only two people, this is super impressive!
I’d highly recommend giving BTravelrs a try. I think you’ll really like it, and if not, the team is more than happen to listen to what’s missing and help build features to make your experience better, just reach out to them.
