Roland, please add landscape mode!!!
It just makes a lot more sense. Especially for viewing long effect chains. At this point the gx’s touchscreen wins. Despite having to bend to reach it.

iPhoneからBluetooth経由でバックトラックを流していると突然、バックトラックのボリュームが最大になり以降iPhone側でボリュームを下げても反応しません。
それとこれまで何回か勝手に総浚いの様に何の操作もしていないのに順々にパッチが移動していきます。世界のローランド最新マルチとしてはお粗末極まりないです。

I really want to love this as the general interface is good and it’s easy to build and edit new chains/tones. The amount of pedals all in one here is phenomenal. I’ve tried connecting using both my iPhone 16 pro max and my iPad Air (m2), but it takes at least 10 seconds for each preset to load or save and frequently drops out just when you’re saving. I’ve lost work I’ve tried to save (having thought I did). I’ll stick to plugging my Mac in (which is frankly a pain) or being hunched over the pedal to make changes on the fly. This app though is sadly unusable.

Needs an update on app to open up faster. Too slow, laggy and frustrating when you playing a show when you change presets and goes to a square icon and you have to wait before all settings come back on. The app should be on the fly, not slow stalls.

i’ve been using this app for at least two years now.  In general, the app works relatively OK except when it comes to changing/saving parameters, presets, etc…It can take FOREVER!  If you’re at a gig and you have to make a change very quickly, you’re gonna be out of luck and out of time using this app.  In addition, BOSS has got fix the PC version of the editor….same situation.   ITS TOO SLOW!   Come on BOSS, help ur customers out here!

・ToneExchangeを内包
・アップロードとダウンロードの速度（Bt…）
・追加フットスイッチ（手元スイッチにもなる）

対応お願いします。

このままだとアプリがGX-100自体の評価を下げることになります。

ロードが遅すぎて、使う気になりません。
また、最低限の日本語がないと、操作に慣れるまで無駄な時間が掛かります。

音のクオリティだけでなく、ソフトの使いやすさにも力を入れて頂きたいです。

pc版はアップデートが来てるので快適に動きます

Bluetoothデバイス買う時はスマフォでの操作できないことを前提にお買い求めください。

Bluetoothの用途として
・スマフォで音楽流したい
・スマフォのメトロノーム流す

しか使い道がありません
　まぁ、リズムマシン無いので結構重要かもしれません？😅

Someone keeps removing my review with no explanation.

This app has major issues.  No lanscape mode for ipad.  App takes forever to load and switch between presets, like 15 seconds long. If I could plug in with usb it would Likely load much faster, but alas, no compliant usb driver for ios on the gx-100.  Rediculous.

App works just fine on my 9th gen iPad.  Easy to set up and pair via Bluetooth.  Had music streaming from YouTube and Amazon music without any lag or other issues. No additional steps needed.  The app is a little slow when switching patches, etc, but not ridiculously slow.  Would be great if they could speed that up.  My only real gripe so far a that the app only works in portrait mode. Would prefer landscape as an option though.

Application works ok over BT, could not find any problems except one (it is not actual problem, rather major lack of functionality) - horizontal mode would be very usefull for Ipad, but I find it also useful on Iphone. I am using it mostly with Ipad with magic keyboard case and vertical mode is PIA.  Boss team, please think about it.

App is ok but why, oh why can it not work in horizontal rotation mode so it looks like the actual interface on the unit. Just would make so much more sense. I also use on a tablet, it’s a real let down.

Overall I’ve enjoyed using this app on an iPad. However, a landscape mode would be a massive improvement for editing patches. The views on the actual GX100 are all in landscape, and they don’t translate very well to a portrait screen. E.g. the effects chain goes left to right, even on the app, so requires a lot more scrolling than it should. At the very least, if a landscape mode isn’t probable, then allowing the effects chain to render top-down would solve the problem. Given that’s the screen that I, and I’d expect many guitarists, use most often (fine tuning settings on the pedals and amp-sims) this is a fairly major grievance.

The app is a good way to manage patches for the GX-100.

Music playback via Bluetooth does work, just need to set up GX-100 Audio in addition to GX-100 MIDI…

Just like the other review, this is a great idea but 2 things absolutely need to happen. 

1. Make it available in landscape mode both iPhone and iPad 
2.Make the connection with the Bluetooth module faster. Takes wayyyy to long to load and switch patches

This app could be useful if it did not take so long to load anything to or from the GX100. Literally 40:seconds to load at startup, the approx. 16 seconds each time you change sounds or leave the app. Very frustrating.

Upgrading rating in hopes of getting developers attention ..

Finally able to get the app to work. But it’s slow. So slow that I’d rather use the actual pedal to do anything. I guess it’s cool if you’re in between something and you have a little time to fiddle and don’t want to bed down. Other than that I think I’ll stick to the touch screen.
