Problèmes de connexion en Bluetooth (n’arrête pas de se déconnecter), au bout d’un moment le son venant du téléphone ne fait que buguer.
Beaucoup de problèmes à résoudre et quand on paye ce casque 400€ il est normal de travailler les problèmes et y faire des mises à jour

Have tried everything possible including everything contained in the manuals. Works on my IPhone and newer IPad Air, but not so much on 9th gen.

2つのエフェクトが1つのパラメーターにまとまって半円で切り替わる謎設計とか、数値入力になったりならなかったりして使いにくい。しかも縦画面固定で細かいことする気が失せてしまいます
横長にすれば1エフェクト1パラメータにできるのでは？と思ってしまいます
waza air使ってると「それどうなの？」と人に聞かれることもありますが、このアプリを考えると勧められません。もうアップデートも来なさそうだし他社ワイヤレスヘッドホンに乗り換えようかとおもいます

※なんかデベロッパからヘンテコな返信が付いてますね。
　こういう機材を作るエンジニアリングは立派ですが、ユーザーとの接点となるアプリやレビューに無頓着。それがこの会社なんだろうと思います

Bonne appli bien que graphiquement dépassée. 

Depuis la maj ios26, je n’arrive plus à me connecter en midi. Merci de faire une mise à jour !

The tones are great out of the box, but the gyro capabilities are a solid 1/10 I find that I constantly want to turn them off, and even if I keep my head still that the gyro still decides to randomly turn around, even with repeated“calibration”. There needs to be a setting (not tone specific) to disable the gyro feature. Please update the application to do this.

I’d have to recommend staying away from these Waza air headphones.  These headphones could be amazing if the app to control them wasn’t utter garbage. The sounds are pretty good but the app is a hot mess. Why can’t we just turn effects on and off with a single button?  Why can’t the app keep the screen on while I’m fiddling with this mess? So many other things in this app that are not thought out at all. 
Please please please fix this app, we’re all begging you!

ipadの横置きで使用する際に縦画面のみなので使えない
YouTube等横向きで全画面で見てから切り替えるととてもストレスです
音質や出来はとても良いのでぜひ改善の検討をよろしくお願いします

I bought these headphones during the lockdowns in early 2020. I got frustrated with the software being too complicated and not compatible with ipad as it refuses to go into landscape mode, so gradually just stopped using them. I put it down to the concept being new and thought I’d wait for the inevitable software updates to finally de-bug an otherwise good product. 
Cut to 2024 and I get a new guitar. My memory went to those headphones I paid a fortune for with the terrible software. I bought those way back during Covid. Surely a product made by a huge company like Boss would be reacting to feedback and constantly improving the customer experience? They must have a fully upgraded interface by now? Right?
Well actually no! It appears that in the four years these have sat in the draw I’ve missed nothing. 
THEY HAVE MADE ZERO SOFTWARE UPDATES/UPGRADES IN FOUR YEARS!!!!
CRIMINALLY BAD!!!!

Das Konzept, einen vollwertigen Modeling Amp in einem Kopfhörer unterzubringen, ist genial. Das ideale Setup, um jederzeit und an jedem Ort zur Gitarre greifen zu können.

Die App hält da leider nicht mit. Mein Eindruck ist, dass sie seit der Markteinführung kaum noch weiter entwickelt wird. Die iPad Unterstützung ist ein Witz, das große Display könnte eine echte Erleichterung sein, wird aber nicht genutzt. Die UI ist generell verbesserungswürdig, das ganze Patch-Handling könnte deutlich komfortabler sein.

Ça manque de preset type ampli fender , système archaïque  reconnaissance dès tablette et portable une fois sur 10 on passe notre temps à faire la reconnaissance ,manque de modulation , bon casque mais c’est tout !

今までのレビューで書かれた要望が一切反映されていない。 レビューなんか見ていないのだろうか。 いつまでもSNSで808だ909だ40年前の栄光を語る事には一所懸命な典型的沈没船日本企業である。
UIの直感的なわかりにくさはもとより、
iPadでの横置きすら対応無し。

NUXやmooreに企画力も企業努力もとっくに抜かされている事に気づいていない。

他社から同等の機材が出たら速攻で乗り換える。

Firstly the hardware is great. Can’t fault the headphones and the into guitar wireless adapter.  The 1* is for the app itself. 

The reviews from 3 years ago are still relevant. 3 years to change the app and as far as I can see nothing has changed. 

I used 2 other amps which have apps: the spark MINI and a Fender mustang GTX50. The apps for those amps are very intuitive and visually easy to follow, with good representations of amps, pedals etc. Pretty much the opposite of the boss WAZA app.  

Sort it out Boss.

As others have stated the app needs a lot of work. I have a lot of gripes with it, but the major one is that there seems to be no east way to turn effects on and off. You have to use your thumb to press, hold, then move the dial up to the desired level. No just tapping with a preset level. Insanely annoying!!!

Gyro ambience doesn't work.  The sound keeps spinning around you, so it needs to be locked or disactivated. 
If I want to dial in my own reverb and switch to Studio mode, an activated reverb effect deletes the sound completely - absolute silence. 
Some settings include a delay although no effect AT ALL ist activated. 
The noise gate cuts off the sound, when using the volume/expression pedal and needs to be deactivated. 
Modeling my sound with a second device (phone of a friends) messed up all my settings when switching back to my phone. 
No easy on/off button for effects, no tap tempo on the fly, badly responding touchscreen dials need to be operated via keyboard. 
It is such a frustrating pain i.t.a. to use this app that I restrained my sound modelling to amp settings and maximum a singel effect. The pedal is currenty out of use, besides occaisonal use as a wha wha.

Boss need to offer an update. Plenty of scope for improvements to truly make these headphones reach their full potential. 

It’s such a shame the under interface is so clunky. It’s still not clear to me how to build your own set lists and select the right fx. 

I have tried the BT foot switch. But really, these are midi driven. And, the app is just RUBBISH. 

Use the tuner regularly. 

If you buy them, enjoy them. Don’t let the app frustrate you. They are still well built and offer a unique player experience.

As most other reviewers have commented … the headphones are great, but the app is shockingly poor and fundamentally just doesn’t work reliably. I’ve spent almost two hours trying to get my headphones paired with my iPhone. I’ve repeatedly deleted and re-loaded the app, forgotten the headphones device more times than I can count, switched devices on and off etc, checked Location services are active etc, etc. Bottom line is they won’t pair. I’m also having problems logging in to the different Roland / Boss sites to sign up fully. Seriously Roland … sort yourselves out - this is not good enough. PS I’ve got a room full of your kit at home - TD drum kit, synth, amps, pedal boards, recording equipment etc. I won’t be buying anything more if this is the best you can do.

Title says it all.  The product is/was good…when it was the only one on the market.  But, newer products are better and cheaper.  Additionally, the software that runs the product is awful.  It’s buggy, and unreliable.  The firmware is impossible to update.  This is one of the most frustrating products I’ve ever owned.

Headphones won’t pair with the app reliably. This makes the app useless, and therefore, the headphones useless. 

Pairing instructions are convoluted, unlike any other Bluetooth devices that I own. There are various instruction manual solutions for when this happens, but they don’t work. 

I’ve wasted hours messing around with this terrible software. I thought this would buy me playing time. Quite the reverse.

Ich verstehe die schlechte Bewertung nicht. Kopfhörer hat einen super Sound, ist einfach zu bedienen und die App ist eine klasse Zugabe, leicht zu bedienen und mit den Grundfunktionen ausgestattet.

Koppeln, Einrichtung, Abstimmung, keine 10 Minuten und ohne Probleme.

I like this app alot.  So many features that allow you to tweak the guitar sounds in so many ways.  Not the easiest to use.  I love to see more enhancements to the app.  Ex: Left to right sliding bar is easier then meter style.

Not easy GUi but go by the instructions and they work a treat. Charge before each use. Update is fiddly, make sure you use correct cables. Don’t expect plug and play.

I’m blown away by how these headphones & app have impacted my practice regimen. I love playing guitar. I love my 3 amps. I love playing along with music…unfortunately, my family does not share the same love!! I get it, it can get annoying listening to the same song over & over & over, while I try to get certain parts down or noodle around with my own ideas. It had gotten to the point where I barely practiced anymore because I didn’t want to be annoying. Those days are over! I can’t seem to put the guitar down now! I love the options & effects that this app brings. It’s given me the ability to experiment with effects that I never thought would appeal to me & I’m thankful for it. It’s opened up my imagination & allowed me to be more creative with the music that I create. So far, I haven’t had any Bluetooth connectivity issues, as some other reviewers have mentioned (using iPhone 13 ver. 16.2). I can switch from the app to Spotify without issues. Be sure the Bluetooth is connected to “Waza MIDI” for the app control & your music is connected to “Waza Audio” in your Bluetooth settings. Push the Bluetooth button in on the right headphone until you hear a beep to connect to “Waza Audio”. Yes, it can be connected to both! Is the app perfect? No, but c’mon…it’s pretty close. First, I completely understand the complaints & demand for landscape mode. Second, I do occasionally lose signal from the transmitter out of nowhere. I just unplug/plug it back in & it resumes connectivity. Third, the interface can use an update & some customizable features. Lastly, I think it would be helpful to add a metronome & if possible, a basic looper (not sure if that’s a software or hardware addition). Those are the only reasons I dropped a star. All in all…an awesome tool that’s making me a better player & I’m having fun with it! Thanks Roland!!
