### 4/5 — This game is really good except for one thing

*2021-01-10, version 1.8.6*

Hi Netmarble and BTS! I really love this game and have started playing this during November 2020. I am not really far into the game so I might be missing some bugs and things but I will share what I have so far. The levels are really nice and can be a bit challenging sometimes but that’s the point of the game. This game also reminds me of this other game called ‘Love Nikki Dress-Up Queen’ and I loved that game a lot so that’s why I also like this game. The cards are very nice too and all of the members look so cute and handsome and I also like how the 5 star cards can move. Speaking of 5 star cards, there’s also a slight problem with that. It’s very difficult to get 5 star cards, no matter how many times you try. I’ve been playing this game for over 2 months but I’ve only gotten 3 five star member cards. You get a free 5 star member card when you start playing the game but as you go on and try to get another one, it’s very hard. I think you should give players a higher chance to get 5 star member cards. Not too much of a chance but enough so that we won’t complain about it like this. But other than that, so far, this game is very good and keep up the good work Netmarble and BTS!!

### 4/5 — I love the game BUT

*2020-05-19, version 1.7.2*

Please fix your draw rates. I have been playing since the game launched and I’m not joking when I say I spent hundreds on this game (and still do) and didn’t even get another five star besides the free one you’re given at the beginning until roughly 6-7 months (maybe even longer, I’m pretty sure it was) after I started playing. My rates are slightly better now but the amount of money I spend on gems just to get nothing constantly, then have to work for all of my five stars from events and purple box is a crappy. I need so many five stars still and I keep landing doubles.... do better please. If you’re going to have people spending money at least make it worth it. I won’t stop playing.. yet.. Bc I’m invested not only in time played, but all the money I have spent and continue to spend. Do I have to spend money?? No, of course not, but to not spend money means you’re screwed even more so. Please fix this.. I love this game and I am getting very close to stopping playing. I pay for VIP and both daily gem packs monthly. I am trying really hard to stick with this game. But if I keep getting screwed over and wasting money I will have to give up. Overall the game is amazing and I love everything else. Just stop making so many things near impossible to do.

### 4/5 — Pretty cool!

*2019-07-14, version 1.0.2*

This game fulfills a fangirl’s dream of being able to interact with the BTS members. In my opinion, being able to play the story, level up cards, and play individual stories is really fun. However, I feel that XP for affinity levels is hard to attain. As you level up, you rarely get the chance to obtain affinity levels because 1) it’s hard to clear stories and gain phone or text interactions and 2) getting new cards with social media posts is a bit rare (as you level up). I’m stuck on several members’ another story chapter 2, and I would like more opportunities to level up my affinity level. Also, there are a lot of connection problems, but it’s a new game, so there must be a lot to fix. Lastly, getting 4 star and 5 star cards are a little hard. But other than that, the game is really enjoyable! I think it’s one of the first games where I don’t feel like I have to pay a bunch of money to make progress. Thank you for that! :)

### 5/5 — Love the game! But calls...

*2019-07-12, version 1.0.2*

Alright so I’ve been playing this game since it came out and don’t get me wrong it’s an amazing game! It’s a sweet storyplot that I didn’t imagine but somehow fit with BTS. The way the game works is great playing mission story’s with the cards you’ve collected. Dressing them is strange to me but okay. And the ‘Another Stories’ are amazing and brings joy to me. BUT the calls....I don’t or haven’t received any FaceTime calls at all and I’m at chapter 5...I’ve done the chapter ones of each another story and gotten up to chapter 5 in the regular BTS story yet not a single FaceTime call which makes me sad and disappointed. Some of my friends with game haven’t either so I suspect it’s the game’s fault. Please change it for all players. Besides that thank you BTS for creating another world where ARMYs alike can play and enjoy your content created by much care and dedication by the members. You always do so much and more. Thank you

### 5/5 — an OUTSTANDING game!

*2019-07-10, version 1.0.1*

as a huge BTS fan, i can enthusiastically say that this game is absolutely incredible, loads of fun, and a genuine delight. it is highly addictive in the best way possible. i am astonished at the amount of components and elements the game includes, and it is unlike anything i’ve ever played. from interactions that feel face-to-face level close (phone calls, social media, story chapters, etc.), to immersive stories & videos, to missions that have you on your toes, it truly is an awesome experience. not only that, but you have so many elements you can take care of, build, and grow from as character cards to the members themselves. i am truly impressed at the level of detail put into this game, and it brings a smile to my face each time i open the app and get to play yet another level, grow affinity with yet another member, and truly feel like a part of the BTS experience. if you want a fun, immersions game, but also a next-level experience with RM, J-Hope, Suga, Jin, V, Jimin, and Jungkook, i highly recommend this game!

### 4/5 — I love the game but some content feels weird

*2019-07-08, version 1.0.1*

I am big fan of BTS and I do enjoy the game in general.

I really love how the game puts many hardships before debute and that gives really realistic game play experience. As much as I do like how some part of the story sounds real and reasonable, the age restriction for this game is only 4+, would those content be suitable for younger kids? If some story and content in the game is worth of professional attentions, some warning could be given ahead for some users. Maybe just remind the users about “fictional content” one more time in some specific chapters?

Second part is in the another story, the main character seemed to be obsessed with following the members around. I do understand that in the end it might seem meaningful following them for the story, but I do think in earlier chapters better story telling can be adapted to make situation feel less weird. I am not the type of person who would follow anyone in any circumstances, which in this kind of story line make the game play experience weird for me. I’m sure the majority users doesn’t follow people around too. Maybe more justification given to the “I must follow them” action could help users understand why we MUST follow them in the beginning.

I know I love BTS no matter what, it’s just weird in some situation and conversation because I don’t expect this to be a love simulation game 😂

### 5/5 — I’m pretty sure it’s going to get fixed?

*2019-07-04, version 1.0.1*

I’m pretty sure if not me, but it might be. They suggested to download for a smoother gameplay, I said no, because BTS world already takes up enough storage. I’ve been an ARMY for a very long time and I love BTS more than anything. So of course I would be excited when someone mentions there is going to be another app dedicated to BTS. Now to the real problem, when you go to ‘Another Story’ (not a spoiler?) it keeps on saying error, and the music that was supposed to go with the member doesn’t play. Sometimes it does play, but after the error, which occurs quite often, it stops. Not a big problem though, you can still play the game normally, so I’m still rating it a 5 star:) Such a Y/N game though, so if you’re not really a fan of that, idk try it out anyway, maybe you’ll change your mind after. It has tons of other things to do, not all stories. This game is really CUTE so I would love it either way.

### 5/5 — bts world ... this slaps

*2019-07-02, version 1.0.1*

I have waited to review the game until i got past level 25 so that I had a feel for the game play and weigh out the pros and cons; my only issue is the time wait for wings to replenish back to the maximum number. Other than that, the game itself is just fine, being able to interact with more than just the story (ex: the side character stories, social media posting, calling/texting between the members and your character, the photo book) I understand lot of people feel uncomfortable that the MC has some choice options that come off flirty because it's a game where you're a manager and flirting with your group seems off——however, I feel that the gestures are just friendly. Everyone is different though, and that's okay!

If you're looking for a game that offers more than just a single story line and or a fan of bts or just a fan of kpop in general—maybe not even a fan; just looking for something decent to pass time with I feel this game would do justice in being pleasurable and fun to play.

within limitations, as some fans can't pass level 10 but don't give up !!

### 5/5 — It’s a good game I promise

*2019-07-01, version 1.0.1*

Ik I just wrote a review but... BTS is our protectors of course they’re not going to cover up what we know ppl cry that there aren’t any girls in bighit but when a main role is a girl it’s misleading damaging or cruel. They can’t win BTS agreed to this theyre showing the kpop role and real life that they went through this is a interactive game with bugs it’s new of course there are but it isn’t misleading so much yes there are flirting but some is also how you think about it I thought it was looked back it wasn’t. RM and SUGA being mean they agreed to that they show Jimins struggles because people need to know this needs to be out there I hope people are reading this because this is a truth I am a army and a 14 YT old I get it in this day and age people need to fix gender stereotype this is a new game maybe one day they will change it but the fact that in Korea apparently some of that still isn’t that okay yet and More this is a leap and maybe this can spark a change it’s showing that BTS are people too they protect us support I don’t know to me this is kind of a better way of showing the kpop reality and theirs and having it be a lil fun or weird for others it’s a interesting game that I and others enjoy please don’t thing that.

### 4/5 — Very Cute but...

*2019-06-30, version 1.0.1*

So I’ve been an ARMY for almost 4 years now and I’m in my mid-twenties. The game is a cute interactive fanfic. I love the cards, videos, music, and creativity all the departments create for this app. My heart swells when I think about all the hard work so many people have put into this!! I love all the little facts and details placed throughout the game and stories that can make any ARMY’s heart flutter. The “Another Story” section is very creative!

My only real complain is that the story can be a bit cringey and unrealistic at times. The main character seems a little too young and ends up making silly mistakes and overly flirty comments due to their ARMY history. In the other stories, she’s a bit too desperate and obsessive towards the boys, taking whatever measures to get closer to them (Kind of makes me think of saesangs). Speaking of BTS characters, some of them have a personality that, in my opinion, wouldn’t seem entirely accurate if they were really 6 years younger and just starting out, i.e. being overly confident, rude, outspoken, etc. (however I could also be wrong on that fact).

Although I get that many fans might feel these reactions, either from the main or BTS characters, can be considered authentic, I feel a little silly/confused while playing this role. However, for my love of these cards and my eagerness to come to the endings of these stories, I’ll play every day! 😄

### 4/5 — Pros and Cons (overall a decent app)

*2019-06-29, version 1.0.1*

- Starting with the pros, the game is very detailed and there are many things to do, not only is there a main storyline but there is also individual story lines of the boys. I also have not had to make any online purchases what so ever and it is very easy to get the resources that are needed to play the game, for example other army’s can send you resources, (wings) to do more missions. The more you play the more things you receive.
- Now onto the cons, when you first start the game it takes quite a lot of time to load and the app has crashed from time to time. The game is also gender biased, intended for females which some players will find off putting. Others also may find it off putting that there are some flirtatious options that you can say to the boys even though you are their manager. It says that the game is 4+ but Jimin’s story line may be something a child should not read.

### 4/5 — Amazing game but needs a few tweaks

*2019-06-29, version 1.0.1*

Well first off, like other reviews have said I notice that the members call us by “she”, and that isn’t really fair for non binary or boys that like BTS or just wanna play the game. Instead of assuming every fan or person playing the game is a girl they should let ask them what gender they are “Female” “Male” or “Non Binary”.

Also about the flirtatious parts, I do think that making the game for ages 4+ and having flirtatious aspects in the game isn’t really that great. And I’m not saying that they should raise it I think that they should maybe remove most of the flirtatious parts or at least make them more subtle. But really it SHOULD be raised because in BTS’s music videos there are such things as in “No More Dreams” they showed there abs or lyrics in songs like when Suga said “Whether it’s a guy or girl, my tongue will make you come” (I don’t know what song I just found it in a Suga is gay video).

But overall I haven’t found any bugs and have told my friends about it. I absolutely love it and how it only just released on Wednesday but became so popular in a few days. And I’m absolutely loving it and how interactive it is.

### 5/5 — Fun and interactive, a couple problems but nothing too extreme

*2019-06-28, version 1.0.1*

Like a lot of people, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the quality of this game!! It’s very fun to play, and at the same time requires some level of thinking, with lots of interactions so it doesn’t get boringly repetitive (looking at you, Candy Crush). I know a lot of people have complained about the sasaeng-like qualities of some of the actions the character has to take in the individual-member stories, and to a certain extent I agree. Having said that, I’m sure BigHit supports this game, with all the specialized involvements from the members, and I don’t think they’d approve of anything they don’t support. One major complaint I’ve both experienced and seen on the message boards is a glitch with the ‘draw’ tab - even if you don’t have enough gems or coins to draw a new card, there is always a red dot next to the tab. Of course, this is a pretty easy fix, and overall I enjoy the game, so 5 stars from me!

### 5/5 — Review? // Storylines //

*2019-06-28, version 1.0.1*

Well this game is very smooth and I haven’t faced any bugs or major problems while playing. I agree it is very creative and hasn’t gotten me bored yet LOL, but I’m a little confused on how the story lines start in solo mode (Another Story). Sorry, but I feel like this is promoting “saesang” behavior. I don’t think “y/n”, or should I say the “player”, should have to “stalk” the members. Yes, we do love our BTS members, but not THAT much. There should be boundaries. There could’ve been another way to meet the members that didn’t include saesang behavior. However, I’m pretty sure each member, as well as all of BigHit, must’ve been okay with producing these type of storylines and behavior for y/n. In BTS Story, I wished the manager was more professional rather than flirtatious because being manager is a serious job and shouldn’t promote flirtatious behavior with the members, but like I said behavior, BigHit must’ve been okay with this. I love this game a lot really, I just hope BigHit isn’t excusing outrageous behavior that some fans have.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App Crash is Annoying

*2020-04-27, version 1.7.2*

Honestly when I gave my first review, me giving this app two stars was beyond hopeful. But now I have to knock this down to one. I don’t care if this is BTS related, it does not excuse the app. It is so annoying that you have to wait for updates just so you can play the game. This app isn’t stable at all. It crashes each time media has to play and also if it does play media, when you next do a card challenge, it crashes which makes you lose a turn plus wings. Not to mention it you use a 5 star card during events, it crashes the first time it plays again making you lose a turn plus wings. Sometimes if you inspect your downloaded resources, media does play a little bit but it still ends up crashing. The Another Story you may be able to get through but the Main story, the one you want to play, if the media doesn’t work, it doesn’t matter, you’re stuck practically until there is an update and this app doesn’t update as much as others. The gameplay is actually okay but please, if there is anything you can do in terms of app stability, that would actually be so helpful. Otherwise after awhile, there is no point in this app other than you leveling up cards during the long periods of time you can’t even actually play.

### 1/5 — Do not download this game. Bugs and unhelpful staff.

*2019-07-30, version 1.0.2*

As much as I like BTS, this game is completely unstable. It’s constantly lagging and asking me to download whenever I open the game. I’ve had his bug where the game will lag and use my gems when I try to use my free hourly agency refresh. I’ve reported this to netmarble and their customer service was extremely unhelpful. When I tried to get help, they just sent me the same exact reply twice. These were purchases I never authorized, yet they ignored my inquiry and never compensated me for these issues. As someone who does not spend money, it’s painstakingly difficult to gather gems and to have them taken away by something outside my control is extremely aggravating. I do not recommend this game at all.

However, that’s not the only issue. The gameplay is almost nonexistent. It gets really redundant as all you do is press auto-clear over and over to farm for flowers to try and level up your cards. It’s tedious to level up your cards as the game does not help you upgrade your cards because there is almost no way to farm the stones needed to upgrade your higher level cards. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! It isn’t worth it.

### 1/5 — my honest review

*2019-06-27, version 1.0.1*

two years of being all hyped up and waiting and waiting, this is very disappointing. i mean, yes i was very excited at first but then things got way too uncomfortable and cringe worthy fast. first of all, there are no pronouns to be the manager because people think that the fanbase is full of tween girls or little girls; when in reality, our fandom is very diverse no matter what sexual orientation or gender. second of all, the y/n portrayal is just very cringe and wrong.. the purpose is to be the manager and take care of them NOT fall in love and be a creep, especially the fact that jungkook was 15 YEARS OLD THAT TIME WHEN THEY DEBUTED is just so creepy and weird. especially since minors are going to be playing the game is going to be really weird. third, chapter 3. chapter 3 got very triggering for me fast because it mentioned eating disorders and counting calories along with passing out, my heart shattered and i was shaken. how in the world could they capitalize a disorder that affects so many teens and so many people around the world who are playing the game. in conclusion, play the game if you want pictures and cute videos but please PLEASE take caution as you’re playing along with the story. also, please don’t blame bts for filming for this game, please blame the developers.

### 1/5 — Made Me Very Uncomfortable

*2019-06-26, version 1.0.1*

For the most part I enjoyed the game, but some of the storylines and characterizations were very very off-putting. To start, I found it very problematic that Yoongi is depicted as someone who would non-consensually save photos of a woman. Secondly, the idea that the manager is automatically a woman is wrong too as many fans who anticipated the game might identify as other genders. Third of all, the flirtatiousness that Jungkook (15) has made me feel uncomfortable since I’m aware that 18+ people are probably indulging in the game. Another point is that there was no trigger warning when mentioning dieting, collapsing from not eating, and counting calories. This is concerning as this app targets teens, yet talking about topics such as eating disorders that teens are most sensitive to. Another point to add, is that Jimin from BTS actually had an eating disorder. And it doesn’t sit well with me that this fact is being used in a game meant for entertainment. The whole dialogue normalizing eating disorders in their debut process could have been ignored for the sake of the fact that this is just a game. I’m aware that this is fictional, but it’s supposed to be fun. It shouldn’t be triggering or make consumers feel uncomfortable. With all of these things... I just had to delete the game knowing about the awful characterization and the misgendering. It’s just too many problems for me to simply ignore.

### 2/5 — Beautiful but tedious

*2020-03-30, version 1.7.1*

This is an interactive system of rules with a glossy (haha!Gloss!) facade that draws fans in. If you consider an “interactive system of rules” a fun game as long as it’s pretty, this is for you. For me, a gamer, I need Agency in my storytelling. But they give you choices during convos, you say? Maybe 10% of the time, and those choices really don’t affect the story. It is a linear trajectory. That would be fine if the gameplay was more than deck building and constant grinding to level up. It’s so tedious that you will want to purchase items. I haaaate games that are free but only bearable to play if you buy rare items, but I’ve played some that are far superior. And the “game” you are playing to level? Math. Adding up the most basic card stats, that are arbitrarily huge numbers for some reason, to pass level requirements. At some point you plateau, in my experience, and can’t proceed unless you pay. I have been grinding for freaking 3 months, to buff the characters 4 for more levels and 3for acct, and I still can’t pass ch. 8. You’ll prob laugh at me if you know a secret. But the only reason I am doing this is to get through all the other world storylines. That makes this really annoying and time consuming fanfic.

### 2/5 — My Pros and Cons (mostly cons)

*2019-06-27, version 1.0.1*

I played parts of the game and to be honest, the game design was super nice! The music, the app layout, the social media addition, the design, the whole ‘another story’ thing is really cool! I loved flipping through the app and listening to the music, and the way the planets rotate to see the levels is such a nice concept!! But I did take some issues with the game, the main ones being; the gendered player and the lack of warning/Jimin’s story line. The manager is gendered as female, but there are a fair amount of fans that are not of that gender. I believe when people log in to the app, they should have to read a warning that explicitly states that sensitive topics are discussed. This app is marketed for ages 4+ so it should be mostly safe for everyone to play, but Jimin’s story line in chapter 3 and what he went through is relatable for some fans and can be triggering. I (obviously) don’t know Jimin personally and if he exactly pre-approved that part of his backstory being in the game, but I heavily recommend a warning or just changing that part of the story in general. Personally I found the story kinda hard to get through, it read like a 12 year old’s story telling (aka Wattpad), this might be because it was translated from Korean to English, but who knows?

### 2/5 — what’s going on in bighits head...

*2019-06-26, version 1.0.1*

we’ve been waiting 2 years for this game and what for? exploiting jimins personal health issues without putting a warning? making yoongi do creepy stuff? not getting a choice of preferred pronouns and making us flirt with every member?? i really would like to know how the developers thought the jimin thing was appropriate ESPECIALLY to an impressionable audience. we know what bts went through before and after debut but exploiting it for the game, especially since it ACTUALLY happened to REAL PEOPLE, is harmful and disrespectful. So many people are hurt from it because they are recovering or deal with ED on a daily basis and to not even put a warning? you’re hurting a lot. of people.

Now about the pronouns and constant flirting; y’all are really feeding into the narrative that we’re just a bunch of teen girls that wanna date bts Huh. Even after bts constantly try to break that narrative y’all are just gonna feed into it like that ! because you know you can profit off of it ! All i wanted was a game where i could be bts manager and help them debut but i have to deal with the flirting which makes me and other people very. uncomfortable.

please listen to us and realize where you’ve gone wrong with this game. put warnings on the episodes that have sensitive topics, options for pronouns, something. an apology to those who have been hurt would be a GREAT idea but i doubt we’ll get that.

### 3/5 — Slightly inconvenient

*2019-08-07, version 1.0.2*

A lot of things about this game are inconvenient. Like when u draw for cards but you can’t see the stats until you go all the way to the cards menu, the card menu doesn’t let you automatically see the stats so it’s faster and easier to compare, and when you click on a mission to check it and then click out, it changes the place you were in on the line of missions. So if you need to quickly click on each mission to check which one has the items you need, it’s supppper inconvenient and takes a long time. Also, the little red dots for notifications take awhile to go away, and they’re just forever there if u have a card you can level up but don’t want to. It’s a little annoying. BUT they do try a lot to fix things, so i imagine it won’t be long until they figure it all out. It’s probably hard for them to work on improving functionality because of the tidal wave of people whining about the storyline. So other than that, and despite the negatives i said, there’s lots of content in the game so you won’t be bored.

### 3/5 — It’s not really what I expected

*2019-07-11, version 1.0.1*

I was pretty hyped for this game to come out but when I downloaded it there were some issues that I saw. Firstly the flirtatious aspects of the game were kinda off putting since I was playing the game to be their manager not their love interest. Secondly I can overlook the misspelling of the boys’ names but I don’t really like how they use stereotypes for the members like Yoongi is always tired and grumpy or Seokjin is the mom of the group and likes to cook. I would have preferred there to be some actual character with the members. Thirdly Jimin’s eating disorder gives no warning to the player and you can’t choose options to happen you just sit there and watch it all unfold without any input really. Fourthly the whole missions thing gets frustrating after awhile and it can be boring having to level up your cards only for them to barely even reach the line. Leveling up cards is difficult anyways since you can’t use coins to buy flowers or any other way since the only way to get flowers is to do missions that use your wings and once you do have good stats on your cards you’re out of wings and can’t even do the mission. Overall the game wasn’t bad but there are some things that could be improved upon but I honestly might be deleting the app later on in the future.

### 3/5 — Needs Improvement

*2019-06-28, version 1.0.1*

I rarely ever give reviews on apps, but because I care about BTS and ARMY so much, I’m going to leave a review on this one.

First of all, the game is amazing. It’s super entertaining, creative, and overall it’s just really fun. I love all of the subtle references to things that actually happened to BTS in real life, and the amount of content that was packed into a single app is insane.

However, there is a lot of improvement that’s needed. First of all, there’s triggering content in the game, and I’ve seen tons of people mention how they’ve had to stop playing the game due to anxiety attacks. I suggest adding trigger warnings or a skip option in the game so people can avoid the triggering content (such as starving, which could trigger those who suffer from anorexia).

The game is also difficult to play. I cant play the main story because I cant level up, and I cant level up because I cant pass the missions, and I cant pass the missions because I cant level up my cards because I’ve run out of flowers. I cant get more flowers because I cant pass missions, and I cant pass the agency schedules because BTS is too stressed and I cant give them gifts because...well you get the idea. It should be much easier to get the items needed to play the game. This is a mobile phone game, it shouldn’t be this stressful to play.

Those are the only major concerns from me. I hope you can look at this review and use it to further develop your game. Thank you.

-a fellow ARMY

### 5/5 — MY FAVORITE GAME 💜💜💜

*2020-06-24, version 1.8.2*

I love this game so much. It’s definitely a must have for army’s lol. You get to collect super cute cards of all the members. You also get to style the members clothes. As well as fake text, call, and video chat them they game makes it feel pretty real which is so cute especially on days when you’re feeling down. You also get to collect photos and videos of them and download them and they’re super high quality. You also get to follow a journey of their career that’s very close to how it really was but this time you are the manager. They also have alternate story lines for each member. Each story and level is super cute and wholesome. I play it everyday. You can also add other army’s on the game and send them gifts. There is also a platform you can put message on and other things just like regular social media. They have everything you need and it’s super cute with great background music music. I also love how they add extra gameplay for holidays or bts anniversaries. Play the game it’s free and so fun and you can connect with Army’s around the world in a cute and simple way. And RM has posted about playing it often lol 😂

### 5/5 — BTS WORLD is awesome, but could use some new things.

*2020-02-24, version 1.5.1*

Honestly I got this game when it came out and I’ve loved it. I’m a fanboy of BTS and I love their music. It’s really helped me for sure. Some people don’t understand it or can’t connect with the music, which is okay. Kpop is lit. 😎😁🤙🏼🔥

Now for some changes.. I’m stuck in chapter 8 and I have 5 star cards and still can’t get past it. I’m close, yet so far. There should be a better way to keep progressing through the story. I haven’t bought anything and it shouldn’t be a pay method to keep going. Also, the leveling system could be changed and rewards too. Maybe a big update sometime? Idk. Plus, there should be a section to communicate with other ARMY. Like a messaging system or something. Be cool to talk and gift items when we want. Also, the limited timed events barely give you enough time to reach the 5 star cards.. You should be able to get at least one somehow. I’ve wrote a novel, but this game is great.. It just needs a big update on stuff in my opinion. Much love to BTS & ARMY. 💜💜💜 MAP OF THE SOUL 7. 😊✌🏼💞🤍✨

### 5/5 — Have patience

*2019-08-29, version 1.0.4*

First off I’m not a young fan. Just love BTS and their music and dancing and the hard work they put in. I actually don’t like much Kpip. Regarding other comments about inappropriate or “creepy?” Content. I’m pretty sure BTS members would never have allowed use of content or storylines they didn’t approve of. I think if you’re getting flirtatious or creepy feedback maybe you’re not answering the questions in a mature fashion. I don’t know because I only answer as an older female. Perhaps my own demographics didn’t trigger younger questions. It’s a hard game. It’s good to multitask, have a good memory and bring your calculator or be able to add well. I find the pace for restoring wings too slow. I get annoyed with the time to exchange the level one cards. There are tricks you have to figure out. Sorry not giving any spoilers. But you have to remember it’s a game and not take it too seriously. That said I do really enjoy playing it for over an hour everyday. I wouldn’t recommend it for under 16 but I know BTS has a huge young female following. They do deal with controversial issues but BTS has never skirted around those facts. That’s life. I would hope fans have healthy lives and don’t develop eating disorders or self harm problems. With the sheer numbers of people they influence. That’s not possible as long as BTS is BTS.

### 5/5 — Just one complaint

*2019-08-15, version 1.0.4*

Overall the game is amazing the quality is great and a lot of the stuff you need for the game like wings, gems, coins, and exp are easily accessible there’s easy ways to get more the only one that is hard to obtain would be the gifts to recover the boys from agency tasks and the only way you can get them is by playing the levels without having to buy them. I’ll play the levels so many times and still not get a gift and even when I do it’s not the gift I need for a specific member. I just wish there where other ways to get gifts but the game is fantastic otherwise I encourage people to try out this app (edit) I figured out that you can get more gifts playing the individual story lines wished I would’ve figured that out earlier😅 Also a lot of people were complaining about how they designed the groups personalities to be but they clearer state in the beginning that actions and characteristics the memebers show in the game do not pertain to them in real life this is a fictional game after all

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2019-08-14, version 1.0.4*

This is one of my favorite games, challenging but fun and addictive to play. However I do think it would be better to have a more variety of choices, and for you to make choices more often and affect the game more. Also, there’s a bug for me, maybe not anyone else but, I can’t send wings to my friends. Normally people open the “friends” section at this plus sign symbol, but when I press that button, only 3 options appear when there’s supposed to be 4...maybe I’m stupid? Last thing, to the other players, the names are NOT spelled wrong, maybe even more accurately. For example, yoongi (the way we normally spell it) is yunki, which is actually pretty much the same thing but a more korean romanization. “U” in Korean makes the “oo” sound, and g and k could be the same letter. And they spell jungkook as jeongguk, eo makes the “uh” sound, g and k are again the same letter, and in Korean you do pronounce the “oo” sound in the name, instead of us stupid Americans making it “uh”. Sorry if information is inaccurate, I just started learning korean.

### 5/5 — Love the game but keeps crashing

*2019-08-10, version 1.0.4*

Ever since the update a couple days ago (to add chapter 7 and the summer event), the game keeps crashing every time I try to do anything! I complete agency activities then it crashes when I try to assign the guys to new agency tasks. I try to do a level, I “pay” my wings and as I pick the cards, game crashes and when I log back on, my wings are gone and I don’t have any flowers or coins or other prizes. When I try to do a summer level, it crashes too in the middle of picking cards. I’ve checked my phone storage because I heard you should free up phone space to make better playing and I have about half my storage available (64 gig phone so 34 gigs free space) and I’m still having issues. I was fine before the update and now I keep crashing. I keep playing because I know the summer thing is just for like two weeks but I’m getting frustrated this happens! I love this game and want to continue playing but the crashing isn’t helping at all. Any suggestions would be welcome! Maybe a patch or something can be done to help fix the crashing??

### 5/5 — BTS World but...

*2019-08-06, version 1.0.2*

I’ve been an ARMY since day one. I love this game with a passion and I couldn’t not give it five stars. Yeah, there’s some slip ups and bad choices from the makers, but I enjoy. The only complaint I have is once you get past 6-5, it’s almost impossible. I’m using all my maxed out cards (level 50 for those who don’t know) with Agency levels reaching up to 15. Grant it, I’m using 1 five star card and 3 four star cards, but that’s because I only have 1 force star card. (Yes, it’s the one from the very beginning) I’ve tried many many many times to get another five star card and I’ve wasted a lot of diamonds. I understand that the makers want to make this challenging so players don’t fly right through it, but at that point it’s a little ridiculous. For a perceptive Point of view, I’ve been stuck on 6-9 for the past month or so. I’m doing everything I can to level up and use my card strategically, but I’m not even close to the finish line. So, makers, please take this into perceptive when creating/updating games.

### 5/5 — Super fun with a complaint

*2019-07-23, version 1.0.2*

Love this game!! There’s so many features that can keep you playing for hours (of course unless you’re limited by wings) However there are two or three things I’m bothered about.

The first thing is the calls. This is the only reason I’m even writing a review. Each time it’s a BTS member’s turn to talk, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load. It was slightly annoying, but I wasn’t bothered too much. But now I can’t even have calls because every time it says there’s a network error. I don’t think it’s my WiFi’s problem. My WiFi is working perfectly fine. But because of this I can’t finish the calls I have with the members :’((

The second problem is with the story and personalities. Some traits of BTS members are over exaggerated, like Jin’s overconfidence for example. Jin compliments himself as a joke but in the story he just seems self centered at times. (maybe that’s the biased fangirl in me speaking.) The manager, aka the person I’m playing as, is creepy and obsessive. Especially in the Another Stories, where she’s literally stalking the members in order to get closer to them. The portrayal of a manager-employee relationship is wrong but I think that should be fine as long as it doesn’t cross the line. It needs to be like that to keep the story going anyways!

The game is fun, there are sooo many features to keep me playing, but of course in ever game there’s an issue. My issue with calls is bothering me a lot and hopefully it can be fixed soon. :)

### 5/5 — My Favorite Game

*2019-07-12, version 1.0.2*

First of all, if you are not an ARMY or if you don’t like BTS this game is NOT for you. It is very addicting but don’t worry there are wings that take forever to load. I really like the whole concept of it and I like how you can gain a lot of gems and coins without buying them. However, I think the chances of getting a 5 star card are TOO low. In my whole time playing, I haven’t gotten any drawing except for the one everyone gets. If you give up easily, it really isn’t a game for you because you have to have patience. And something you are going to HAVE to do is to go back to levels before to get flowers to level up your cards so you can advance in the BTS story and their solo stories (which are even harder). But, I personally like games like this that you can’t finish fast without wasting money so I really like it. Thank you BigHit and Netmarble and of course BTS for taking your time and making this amazing game.

### 5/5 — Best game but minor problems

*2019-07-12, version 1.0.2*

I’ve waited for this game ever since it was mentioned. The story plot is great! The photos and OST are spectacular! Yet people complain about jimin’s story plot, “flirting” with Jungkook, and the set gender for the manager.

I can see how all of these are indeed problems, especially the gendered manager. However, jimins story plot most likely had an intention to sympathize with people who had eating disorders and the options for Jungkook was more of a playful tease then a flirt in my opinion. The developers probably didn’t make a set boundary of fan service. Sometimes, when I want to get the option with the most affinity, it’s usually an option I wouldn’t say or do. (Probably why people like me wont get noticed by them) but Y/N sounds a bit like a desperate person who’s in desperate need of bts’s attention.....like back off!

Anyways, it’s a wonderful game and the best one in my opinion but there’s things I think that could be done better.
