### 2/5 — Blank screens and keyboards

I honestly can’t use the app. It constantly keeps a keyboard open on the screen where I can only see half of the app, even though there’s no reason to need the keyboard and probably 75% of the time when I open the app it just gives me some kind of weird blank pop-up screen that won’t go away even after hard resetting the app. I’m deleting because it’s unusable.

**Developer response:** hey Jana, that sounds genuinely broken and i'm sorry. a stuck keyboard covering half the app and a blank pop-up you can't dismiss isn't something you should have to fight through. that's a bug on our end, not you. if you're open to it, would you email support@beyu.life with a screenshot of the blank screen + keyboard issue and the email you signed up with? that'll help me track down exactly what's happening on your device and get a fix out. totally understand the delete — but i'd love the chance to make it right if you'll give us one.

So many technical issues! Unable to get anybody in support to respond.
