We order from Bubba’s quite often. We’ve only had one bad experience and that was with the quality of the food. My steak was overcooked, but the manager immediately comped my meal. We did not use the comp that night, but came back a few weeks later and had no difficulty with getting the comped meal. I get the “Operation could not be completed “ error. I’ve had to use the website instead. ### 1/5 — Poorly worded welcome email *2024-02-06, version 2.28.0* Signed up for an account and then received an email for a free 12” pizza. The wording in the email is very poor and makes it seem like they’re giving out a 12” pizza so I added this and drinks to a cart and kept getting an error when trying to check out. Eventually I figured out in the very bottom of the email in small print it’s really a BOGO offer instead of a free offer as advertised. That’s not the best welcoming experience and actually comes off as quite deceptive. You’d be better off re-wording this as a BOGO offer which is essentially what it is. ### 1/5 — Love Bubba’s but the app is sketchy *2023-10-03* We love Bubba’s and often eat there, but when we get the itch to have it at home we can only get the app to work 1 out of 4 times. It will say cannot connect to servers when we go to check out. If you go straight to their website it does the same thing. 🤷‍♀️ **Developer response:** We are so sorry to hear this. It starts at 10% and goes up by increments of 5. There should be a custom setting. This was obviously done on purpose. **Developer response:** We’re so sorry.
