Still have winnings in there but can’t log in because they blocked me. However, after downloading and playing as it instructed, when I added funds, I can not play the cash games! I have sent messages to support along with an attached explanation and to no avail. No one has responded so I decided to write this review to see if I’ll get some response. I want a refund and I will delete my account. To anyone who reads this, DO NOT PLAY OR DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. In response to Rebrand, it’s a scam. Disappointed with Bubble Arena to have suggested this as well!!! ### 1/5 — Fraud, Thiefs, Scam *2025-12-04* BEWARE: Once you win, they block your account so you cannot withdraw YOUR earned winnings. As soon as you start winning you get blocked. No reason is given. Play for free if you want, but rebranding like this is a common tactic to draw new “players” in where they cannot see the review history showing how they have defrauded others in the past. As with others like it, this game will adjust payout structure and match you up against bots who will win. Recently they made a bunch of changes claiming bigger better games and prizes. Well.. as usual it starts out like that but always the same! They give you a certain amount of balls to throw at the board. Most times not the colors you need. The way you accumulate the “win” amount is per color ball you drop. And at the same time you’re required to hit 3 specific color balls a certain amount of times to earn the “win” and it’s anywhere from the amount given before you play or less than the amount you paid to play. Bubble Arena is a better option and makes a tone of sense. Im highly disappointed in this game and my waste of money. And I see a lot of fraud comments. Por otra parte he visto varias reseñas que dicen lo mismo, los han bloqueado sin razón. Reached out to customer service about a week ago and have yet to hear back. They have $30 of my $!!! There is a major glitch/bug in this game!
