When it does look like you will be successful in completing the level, you get colors that you just can’t use which gets frustrating and I put it down for a while. After a certain level it seems it’s defense is to only give you birds that are no where on the board. Colors that don’t match what’s currently on the board. So you waste all of your lives because you only get the wrong birds. And I’m not sure why this is the only game that wont allow me to purchase extra lives or things to aid in winning the difficult levels. I’ve deleted and re downloaded it a few times now. Only to find the same problems still exist. Maybe it’s out of date! This game has been freezing up on me. The other day I wanted to use 2 power ups. Then it froze so I had to exit out of the game and restart it while losing all my coins. I finally had to delete the game as it’s impossible to advance without those add ons. Too bad. In the beginning the game is fun and challenging but after I got into the higher levels the game just became impossible to win unless I wanted to spend money (which I’m not going to do) It took me over a year to beat the last level I won and I’m not exaggerating. They don’t give me enough birds to win the level and I end up losing before I’m a quarter of the way through the game or they don’t give me the right color of bird I need to win. In some games the last ten birds are every color except the one I need. And the boosters are too expensive to use with the games currency of coins and gems. They made the game too difficult to enjoy.
