The selection of drinks looks great, and it feels like it could be a fun and convenient way to explore different flavours. Unfortunately, the app has been crashing shortly after opening, which makes it hard to actually browse the menu or place an order. I’ve also tried adding a gift card, but that feature doesn’t seem to work either, which is a bit frustrating. It’s disappointing because the bubble tea options themselves seem really appealing. I’m hopeful this gets fixed soon, because I’d genuinely love to use the app to discover and order new drinks. No matter how many times I say yes, it does it every time I go back to the home page. I registered my mobile number at one of the Bubble CiTea points of sale and was advised to download the app. However, I have not managed to sign in as every time a 4-digit code is sent to me an “Update your profile” page pops up which, no matter how many times you type your details correctly and press “Update”, only gives you an error message saying that something went wrong and you should try again. A complete waste of time. At least, don’t embarrass yourself by launching such a dysfunctional app that is not developed properly! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t accept terms and conditions *2026-07-06, version 1.0.11* The app has been updated recently, and a dialogue is displayed asking the user to accept new terms and conditions. It is impossible to get rid of the dialogue, because presumably the accept button is off the screen. This means I can’t access the loyalty rewards I have built up.
