When you put the pointer directly on the ball but still do not get a the rewards, it is just wrong. At times, it works but if I have used a freebie as I call it, you make sure not to allow it to work. I have tried all sorts of ways to get it to work but you have it set up to fail. Also I used the freebie and it hit the wall but you would not allow me to use the points of the extras I had collected in the game. Instead you deleted the game and made me start over when I was so close and using my free game. You have a good game but the cheating is JUST WRONG!!!!!! It is all about money to you and not to allow a fair game. Such a shame too as you have my most favorite game. I am getting rather tired of it though and decided to write about this ugly game you are cheating on. How can you treat people so cruelly? It is just so wrong to treat players this way. I would like a return email explaining why this is happening over and over.
