Le concept est vraiment intéressant et permet de se sentir plus proche des idols, surtout lorsqu’ils partagent des moments de leur quotidien. Cependant, je trouve que le prix de 4,99 € par mois est assez élevé, surtout lorsqu’on souhaite s’abonner à plusieurs artistes. À ce prix-là, cela peut rapidement devenir un budget important chaque mois. L’application est donc très bien dans son concept et son fonctionnement, mais je pense qu’un prix un peu moins élevé permettrait à davantage de fans d’en profiter pleinement. I think Bubble is a really great app because it allows fans to feel closer to their favorite artists and receive messages directly from them. The concept is really interesting, and it can make fans feel more connected to their idols, especially when they share little moments from their daily lives. However, I do think that €4.99 per month is quite expensive, especially if you want to subscribe to several artists. At that price, it can quickly become a significant amount of money every month. Overall, I really like the app and its concept, but I think a slightly lower price would allow more fans to enjoy it without having to spend too much money. ### 4/5 — A place to go *2026-07-13, version 1.4.7* I enjoy this app. I turn to it whether happy or sad. When my card was blocked, I immediately tried to update my payment method within the window. However, the app interface is notoriously unstable—I encountered constant loading loops and processing timeouts that prevented me from linking a new card. I was forced to research workarounds on my own and eventually had to use PayPal just to get the system to respond. Despite providing proof of these technical hurdles and my immediate effort to fix the payment, support’s response was a copy-paste refusal. They acknowledged the bank block but completely disregarded the loss of a 2.5-year streak caused by their own unresponsive UI. This app takes your money for years but offers zero protection for veteran users when their buggy interface fails. They treat loyal supporters like Day 1 users the second a system glitch occurs. I once woke up to over 50+ messages in one night, sure he won't see your messages but he is really sweet and makes sure to let us know he loves us. He often talks about the upcoming Run it tour concerts and says he hopes they can have a lot of fun! He's very active when he's not busy and I can tell he enjoys chatting with stays, I love this app even though your not getting a one-on-one convo, you can still do a nickname for a more personal experience! They aren’t actually personal, and people tend to forget this because they feel so personal and you can only see what you say to them; not that mass messages from the entire bubble user group that the artists see. Remember that these are real people just updating us on their lives between their schedules - stray kids often use bubble during their schedule and content and discuss it and their interactions with bubble on their content openly. It’s not intended to be a full personal messaging service, but an insight for fans into their daily and sometimes personal lives- so it’s whenever the artist wants to post, not when the user wants a post from them. Han Jisung’s updates make me smile - he likes to send voice notes of him singing for us. Worth the time difference waking me up. ### 5/5 — Help! *2026-06-08, version 1.4.4* I love this app. Truly. I have 8 tickets and have been on it for several months now. But the app is NOT WORKING. It has been glitching for a few days. Getting notifications for messages from the idols but they won’t load. I uninstalled it. Reinstalled it and now it won’t even let me log in. Tried to go to app support link. It won’t even load the page. Tried going to the website but it isn’t working. This is completely unacceptable. I do not want to cancel my subscriptions!!! But if I cannot get help with this issue, I will. Edit: the problems I was having have been fixed!
