My account was permanently closed after I missed a booking due to unexpected public transport issues. I left over two hours before the booking and did everything I could to get there, but buses and trains were not running as expected. I kept the family updated throughout and explained the situation as it happened. Despite this being the only booking I have ever missed, Bubble decided to permanently close my account. I feel that the decision was unfair and disproportionate, especially as the circumstances were outside of my control. I have always cared deeply about providing good childcare and maintaining a professional service. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Bubble chose to remove my account entirely.
