For some reason I can’t get any island to load after island 10. I’ve also noticed the “points” system is so skewed I can barely get anything over 1 star let alone 2 stars. I have to use the fake in game money earned from wins and buy add-ons for the game to give me better points. Would love to know what I need to do to get an island to load past island 10. ### 4/5 — There’s a problem *2026-07-31, version 2.1.9* Level 680 and before game not playing right . The frustrating part is that it has many glitches and keeps freezing in the middle of playing. You go to shoot a colored bubble at a row of the same color and all it does is go right through it. Why are these bugs not fixed and updated? This was by far the best game out there and now it has become unplayable. I keep checking to see if things were fixed and sadly it hasn’t. The UI is an absolute mess with all this random stuff happening on the screen. Ready to start a class action lawsuit. On my ipad it constantly crashes and takes away lives, and sometimes gems too! The developers could take a lesson from Angry Birds - that’s a fun game that works seamlessly and NEVER penalizes you when it crashes. My takeaway is DON’T WASTE MONEY ON THIS GAME. They will disappoint you endlessly with it’s quirks and rando crashes. After playing this for a long time, I do want to let newcomers know that if you play a level long enough, you will eventually complete it. There are a few exceptions of course, but mostly rely on your improving your skills through practice. ### 1/5 — What’s going on! *2026-03-12, version 2.1.9* Agree with other posts. For a few years, voluntary ads have not worked most of the time. I was happy to see an update, and the ads have been fixed, so I can once again gain gems. However, the kittens no longer show up to know which bubbles need to be popped to win the board. Also, large groups of bubbles or star bubbles don’t work. For example, shooting an orange bubble at a large orange group does not lead to group popping. Hitting a star bubble does not get rid of like-colored bubbles.
