It is only AI and when I ask the question directly on where is my money. They send me a message telling me thank you and to reach out if I need any more help and then ends the chat. Definitely plan on taking legal action OVER YES $40 bucks because it’s false advertisement unless the correct actions are taken to make this right. I made a withdrawal of $57 just to test it out, they allow me to withdraw to a few optional forms of payment Venmo Apple Pay or debit card… they allow you to go through the steps give you options of three hours withdraw or 1 to 3 business days depending on the source… then boom money gone in the support team that you contact is robots… I highly suggest not to waste your time although the promotion is withdrawal anytime it’s a lie. Do not trust them. I can’t take the support three times for a muesli $57.
