The concept isnt bad, but the utter lack of ANY support is ridiculous. I have been trying to “verify” my account for months now. The one withdrawal I did attempt (like 70$), has just disappeared. I have had 0 response from the emails I have sent. Seriously dont waste your time or money. **Developer response:** Hi Ckrogue, Please send us to our support team your username, so we could check your withdrawal and work on it and send your money as soon as possible. Thanks ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Platform *2022-11-11, version 1.0.0* Not here to complain about rigged games or strange scores. I actually did very well and withdrew a few thousand within a few days. They never paid me, and then suddenly froze my account for an "investigation." They never updated me on their so-called investigation and refuse to respond to any of my emails. It's been about two months, so there's about zero chance they'll follow up now. Don't waste your time on this app! They're scammers. And eGoGames, please don't bother replying to this review telling me to contact your support. Everything I send to that support email gets ignored, since y'all are scammers that don't pay what you owe. Update: username is tave234. I've emailed you many times with no response. **Developer response:** Hello, Could you pass us your username so we can help you? ### 2/5 — UPDATE: Inaccurate Score Keeping *2022-12-08, version 1.0.4* I had previously written in my first review about a consistent bug regarding the Bonus bubbles which has since been occurring less frequently. Lately I’ve been noticing that my official total score sometimes does not reflect my actual total score (it’s much lower) that I received within the match. As with my initial review, support has been next to non-existent when reaching out to them via the in-app messaging portal. Instead, I have reached out via direct email to support@egogames with regards to my current issue. I will update this review if I receive a response from support—and, hopefully, also any assistance with my problem. I’m giving one-star because I enjoy playing this game—it’s fast paced, easy to play, and fun. I’m adding another star because I’ve been able to recoup some of my losses back from making it onto the leaderboards. The updates kinda looks like a cheap shot to your faithful players. And it’s not making an incentive for old and new players to join the game. I was very skeptical and worried that this might be a scam but ITS NOT. I was payed in about a week. This is an up and coming company that is doing things the right way. It has about seven boosts that do things like make the bubble clear two different colors, or drop everything below where it hits. It’s a little overwhelming at first to memorize what the boosts do, but I got it pretty quickly. It provides nice skill-based decisions on when and how to use the boosts, to make the game not just about speed. I also like that the bubbles have different symbols in them to help tell apart similar colors. Though in the rush of the game I still confused them sometimes. Instead of trying to clear all the bubbles, it gives four animals trapped in bubbles. When you drop the fourth one, or run out of time, the game ends.
