But when I try to play paid matches, it freezes on the screen where it matches me with an opponent. When I contact support, they’re just like oh it’s still pending. If you don’t get a match in seven days then you’ll be refunded. I’m like I didn’t even get to take a single shot, because it froze. I didn’t even get to the screen where the game starts. I feel like I should be refunded for that regardless of pending or matches. Until they fix the issue, don’t use this app. In addition, when I was concerned that I was being matched against bots because they were scoring numbers that were impossibly high, I’d send the match ID to customer service. It turns out that they can’t even watch the playback. Even though they say they take things seriously and they’ll investigate. I don’t know how they can investigate if they can’t even watch the play-by-play.
