You can only get the money that you have one out and winning is difficult. it constantly pushes you to add and add for different tiers of different things. Well on August 1 I still had not received the funds to my account, so I contacted support. I was informed that they were still processing my payment and that it was there first priority, I would receive my payment within the next 10 days…..so here we are 13 days later, or rather 30 days from when I did the withdrawal and guess what…..Yeppers, I still have not gotten my money!!! This company has lied to me twice, it has been 30 days since I requested my withdrawal! That in my opinion at this point they are just refusing to give me my payout. You also get a chance to play for free and earn some cash. Other players could attack you and you can get your revenge or get attacked again lol. This game does not require to add money but there is option to top up with cash. The only thing I don't like is the more you win, the bigger the bonus cash. The notice says review takes 72 hrs. When I first started playing I requested a withdraw of $15 and it DID only take 3 days. I was impressed and considered paying a little in to play more. Glad I did not. Now 18 days and still nothing. Don’t tell me to contact customer support. Already have. Every day I get an email asking me if I still need help and telling me if I don’t respond my case will be closed. So every day I respond with yes, I still need help. I have a feeling I will never see my winnings. If they think I would EVER put any $$ into this app knowing what I know now, they are mistaken. $22 is not a big amount but I won it so it is mine, it’s the principle..
