Well on August 1 I still had not received the funds to my account, so I contacted support. I was informed that they were still processing my payment and that it was there first priority, I would receive my payment within the next 10 days…..so here we are 13 days later, or rather 30 days from when I did the withdrawal and guess what…..Yeppers, I still have not gotten my money!!! This company has lied to me twice, it has been 30 days since I requested my withdrawal! That in my opinion at this point they are just refusing to give me my payout. The first one went through fine within a couple days. The second has been pending for about 2 weeks even though the app says it’ll be reviewed within 3 business days or 72 hours. I sent in a support ticket but it was closed without resolving the issue. I cannot make any more withdrawals because the current one is still pending, effectively preventing me from earning anything more from the app. None of the other real money apps have prevented me from withdrawing like this. It is fun, but it’s not quite challenging enough. It’s actually too easy. With that being said, I’ve noticed that when I start to win anything above $6, suddenly I am on a losing streak, even when I KNOW I beat the game. Not to mention the massive amount of “revenge” on me by the same two or three people. I’m sorry but nobody is on their phone 24 hours a day playing a game to get revenge on someone. I think the revenge aspect is interesting but also a bit unfair… Just tells me that there are bots on this game. When I first started playing I requested a withdraw of $15 and it DID only take 3 days. I was impressed and considered paying a little in to play more. Glad I did not. Now 18 days and still nothing. Don’t tell me to contact customer support. Already have. Every day I get an email asking me if I still need help and telling me if I don’t respond my case will be closed. So every day I respond with yes, I still need help. I have a feeling I will never see my winnings. A full week with absolutely NO resolution. Started a new conversation with support today and got the exact same response as when I first contacted them at the 4 day mark. You have your bonus and normal cash to participate in the games. For some reason, it takes your normal cash for the games instead of the bonus cash (if you have normal cash)so you are constantly losing your money to cash out. Also, I did some math with the arenas to see the cash you get. You pay all of your normal cash and with the first arena, you pay 20c and get 30c so it seems fair. But instead of only getting normal withdrawal able cash, you get 20c bonus cash and 10c normal cash. This means that you are making 1/3 of what you should be and if you do more math, you will never be able to withdraw your cash. Totally useless. *2024-01-29* I enjoy bubble games, generally. I downloaded this and was hopeful. The controls and graphics look like they are made for a child, and are clunky to try to use. The aiming mechanism is inaccurate and overcorrects with movements. After the free game it made me make an account, which I did. I didn’t try to add any money at that point, I was just wanting to explore the app and play free games at that point. The options are extremely limited. After the first couple of free plays you are locked in to only being able to play by buying entry into the game. But then it wouldn’t let me participate in any way, even though I had winnings in my account, with the onscreen notice that it was location limited, and prohibited from multiplayer, and prohibited from adding funds, and prohibited from entering to play even the cheapest $0.30 game. With no game play options available, then the game and app is 100% useless. I looked at the terms and conditions: apparently there’s a class action lawsuit against this Avia gaming company in relation to racketeering. I’m not in California. But since there’s a racketeering lawsuit in motion, and because gameplay abilities are 100% broken in this app, I’m not going to bother with any other avia games either. You also get a chance to play for free and earn some cash. Other players could attack you and you can get your revenge or get attacked again lol. This game does not require to add money but there is option to top up with cash. The only thing I don't like is the more you win, the bigger the bonus cash.
