Bubblee Breathing guides you through simple, visual breathing exercises designed to help you slow down, relax and create a moment of calm in your day.
Whether you want to take a few minutes for yourself, slow your breathing or simply enjoy a quiet moment, Bubblee Breathing guides you step by step.

3 breathing exercises:
• Box Breathing: Follow the dot around a square to guide your breathing through four regular phases: inhale, hold, exhale and hold.
• Vertical Breathing: Follow the bubble as it moves up and down with your breathing. Choose between two rhythms: 4–4 or 4–8.
• 4–7–8 Breathing: A guided exercise with 4 seconds of inhalation, 7 seconds of holding and 8 seconds of exhalation.

A simple experience
Choose an exercise, select a duration and let the animation guide your breathing.
