### 3/5 — Really cool idea

*2023-01-08, version 0.1.241*

It’s an awesome app for artists to showcase our artwork but I’ve noticed that there are ALLOT of NFT’s and although it’s good that some of them are getting there income, it gets annoying when I’m trying to look at people’s illustrations that aren’t NFTs. There is also a weird algorithm for it too, my artwork was barely showing up.

### 4/5 — Cant update photos

*2022-12-16, version 0.1.241*

It says allow access to photos, but then photos is not listed in the list. It doesnt prompt to update photos it has access to at start.

### 2/5 — Keeps bugging and became more about NFTs

*2022-06-13, version 0.1.184*

I was super excited to be on this app and was really hoping it would become a good alternative to Instagram for posting my art but it soon became too much about NFTs and on top of that it started bugging out a lot more that when the app first came out. Not letting me see notifications or open the app for over a week then when I was finally allowed in I can’t clear my notifications. When I try to post the way I did at the beginning now I keep getting error messages. It’s really sad because I truly loved the concept. I’m taking a break from using it until things get figured out but I think a lot of other artist share similar disappointment on this. :(

### 3/5 — It’s good except for constant crashing

*2022-03-23, version 0.1.1120*

Apps crashes more than wanted at this point. I suggest you save your Jorge because of that very thing plus they still haven’t added the feature for us to transfer to our crypto wallets keeps saying coming soon but still nothing yet again but and Dave your Jorge from here just in case it crashes

### 3/5 — Good and Bad

*2022-01-27, version 0.1.65*

I love the app and how user-friendly it is. However, it’s clear the app is new as it frequently crashes, lags, takes significant time to open artist profiles, etc. Once the developers are able to fix these glitches, I think it will be an awesome app.

### 3/5 — App keeps closing

*2022-01-18, version 0.1.60*

Ever since it updated with having NFT’s I’m unable to go anywhere else without the app completely crashing. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling and it still does not allow me to click anywhere else. Not sure if it’s because of the version of phone I have or just a small bug. If there is any way I can fix this please let me know. Thank you!

### 3/5 — The app is working for me now

*2022-01-18, version 0.1.60*

I am not sure why but I open the app and I can scroll but if I do anything else like try to go to my profile, or the explore page the app closes. I had the app before the NFTs were started and haven’t had these issues till now. I reloaded and restarted several times, the app and my phone. Thought it was a storage issue but I deleted several apps and photos and still the app closes when I try anything. And because Bubblehouse is an app I can’t do anything unless the app is used on my phone. So I am out of luck! Right when I thought I could actually sell my artwork.😭

**Developer response:** Hi Vanya,
Thank you for reaching out about this issue. If you are using an older version of iOS we have found that it may cause performance issues. If so, please update your iOS. We are also currently fixing this, please email support@bubblehouse.com so we can make sure your app works smoothly!
Best,
Bubblehouse Team

### 1/5 — No Thanks

*2022-01-07, version 0.1.52*

NFTs are not environmentally friendly and it was not nice to realize, as a user, I was not informed of this change of their focus. What went from a friendly community art app with some honestly neat features to present said art, I cannot in good faith support an app that supports NFTs.

The app itself was at times difficult to navigate within. There is no delete account feature or any other type of editing of your profile feature. Which makes me wonder if this was done on purpose due to the sudden switch of NFTs to trap artists in their accounts. I have emailed to delete the account and I hope they follow through.

**Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Please make sure you email contact@bubblehouse.com and we will delete your account for you.

Best,
Bubblehouse Team

### 1/5 — Disorganized and a mess. Low quality content

*2022-01-04, version 0.1.52*

This app had so much potential with its functions for artists. But now it is just getting worse and worse. With the new nft function added, it pushed the app to a new low. The contents are mainly super low quality works aimed at quick cash-grab. Good artists are all gone, only the ones that focus on photo manipulations or with poor skills are left, thinking they somehow can make a fortune by trying out their “luck”. Everyone is advertising their nfts whether they can create decent work or not. Also, a lot of stolen works being sold as nfts. Extremely shady platform.

### 1/5 — Used to be cool

*2022-01-01, version 0.1.52*

The app used to be cool — it had nice features such as a slider, a gallery, and, most importantly, no hidden algorithm. Unfortunately Bubblehouse is now branding itself based on NFTs and I’ve lost interest. My problem with NFTs is that it’s a major source of plagiarism and art theft with no serious protections in place. Deviantart at least has an art theft detection tool (this app does not), but it’s still hard to remove stolen art on openseas and other platforms without making an account. I’m not sure if Bubblehouse developers have seriously considered this issue; last time I checked, there’s no report button for stolen art. Hope that changes. I’m only giving this app a review because I can’t delete or deactivate my account.

### 2/5 — it was great!

*2021-12-30, version 0.1.50*

the app was amazing but all this NFT stuff added in the past few weeks has totally ruined it. I can barely look at art anymore my feed is just flooded with NFTs. It feels like im being advertised to. Not to mention the app takes much longer to load and keeps crashing after the new changes

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This platform basically rewards you for acquiring new users to the platform VS. Selling your NFT….

*2023-08-28*

The platform was fine when I first began using it - albeit,it became quite clear
That any sale made from original/ self created content … and it’s sales would not be so direct. In selling say 8 NFTS @$1. I do not believe the seller would receive $8 or even half of that. The system works more in a way as to incentivize it’s users to simply work harder for the main beneficiaries /owners of BUBBLEHOUSE. AS of eve latest updates about 6 months-9 months ago I haven’t been able to use the app on iOS as it lags and is glitchy and just doesn’t work. This is the least decentralized version of anything I’ve encountered. I’ll be interested to see what changes are made and are being made - Perhaps Bubblehouse is implementing new and exciting aspects which will allow for an open market in which it’s users can directly benefit from their own sales versus this whole pyramid type whatever. We shall see. I had hope - lost
Hope. But I’ll give bubblehouse the benefit of the doubt and revisit my review in a month or
So. Hopefully able to give it the 5 STARs, ***** it could easily deserve with a few tweaks

### 1/5 — App not fixed for 6 months - developers said they don’t care about Apple App - only web

*2022-12-20, version 0.1.241*

I spoke to the developers about bugs that I’m having as a verified artist on the app including:
-none of my animation NFTs are playing,
-can’t see likes or comments in my NFTs
-app crashes when I go to view liked posts from notifications
-cannot see text input screen properly when posting a new NFT
- cannot feature any NFT on my profile

The developers said I am making this into a bigger deal than it is after lying to me that they were going to fix these bugs for a month. It’s 6 months later and the app is getting worse - not better. Nothing has been fixed

Apple - please hold these developers accountable. People transact on this app and they are not doing any bug fixes for small things. What about big financial transacting bugs problems?

### 1/5 — Leaving what I thought was a nice photo sharing app.

*2022-04-10, version 0.1.145*

Joined Bubblehouse a while ago when it was just about art. I really loved the cool slider mechanics, made sharing art more fun. Didn’t check the app for a couple months, and now it’s all about NFTs? I got notifs that I got a gift or whatever that meant. Didn’t realize opening it would leave me stuck in some random, spammy nft groups. I’ve deleted all my art from here and I’m currently trying to delete my profile cuz I don’t want to be involved with it. Was a cool app and now it’s just awful user experience wise with all the nft spam.

### 1/5 — STAY AWAY if you’re not into NFTs

*2022-04-07, version 0.1.145*

If you’re an artist that’s not interested in NFTs and are worried about your artwork getting turned into one without your permission, then stay away from this app.

I downloaded this when it first became available and it showed a lot of promise. It had a lot of cool features and I liked networking with other artists.

Unfortunately, they ruined it by changing their focus to being SUPER NFT heavy and practically showing it down our throats. It’s become overloaded with bots as well. The main reason why I wanted to leave a review is to warn others because, at the time of writing this, there is no way to delete your account once you have created one.

### 1/5 — App is a SCAM! Art app turned NFT

*2022-04-07, version 0.1.143*

Had my account since 2021 when they app was first launched as an “artist friendly” then after a few months with no warning (and a very high userbase) the Bubblehouse app turned into an NFT bubble. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO DELETE YOUR PROFILE WHICH I FIND EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. Popular Instagram Artists cane forward saying they stopped supporting bubble house due to their shady move to NFT wallets. This app is now filled with broke college kids trying to scam other’s no reasonable adult would even stay on this platform. Disgusted with bubblehouse and their untrustworthy app im very certain this is a scam. YOU SHOULD ALLOW PEOPLE TO DELETE THEIR PROFILES I WOULDNT DOUBT THIS APP IS SELLING OFF OR USING INACTIVE ACCOUNTS AS BOTS!

### 1/5 — Stole money and Deleted account

*2022-03-21, version 0.1.1120*

They stole my money off my account that I been working so hard for these past months and all suddenly I try to login into my account it was some how deleted just minutes after using the app. People don’t trust this app it’s a scam and they will steal your money and deleted your account like nothing happen.

### 1/5 — BAD HOPE THEY FIX IT ASAP WITH BETTER TOOLS

*2022-02-28, version 0.1.101*

This app started off great. There are a lot of designers and web3 platform to design your NFTs but once you make one mistake they shut your whole page down and you will lose all your money. As well we are giving free NFTs designs or tools and recreate but they say we stole them. Very inconsiderate. I would not want to use this app incase you sold your NFT if you make a mistake on one NFT they will close down your entire account and you will lose all your money and gains. I have made mistakes but create my own work with tools and web3 platform which gives you statuses to design new ideas or projects. And there are so many bots they have a lot of fixing to do I hope the creator of this app really make some new changes. Where artist doesn’t get there page deleted because of one mistake NFT. When we are artists and have rights as well.

### 1/5 — Overrun With NFTs

*2022-02-06, version 0.1.85*

This app was advertised as a good place for artists to post their work and interact with other artists. However, it now feels like it was advertised that way in order to lure artists onto the app before going into a full NFT takeover.
Maybe I wouldn’t feel like the intentions were off from the start if there was a way to actually delete my account, but as it is now, I can only delete my art and log out.
I have seen NFTs cause so much harm to artists, and watching this app be so involved with them made me feel very uncomfortable posting there.
Just disappointing overall.

### 1/5 — Bait and switch :(

*2022-01-22, version 0.1.64*

I joined Bubblehouse last year because it was advertised as another art platform like Instagram. Admittedly it has been a while since I last opened the app, and I’m very disappointed to see that the developers turned this into an NFT app after exclusively advertising itself as a regular art social media platform with no mention of NFTs in its initial advertising. It’s also frustrating that I am unable to delete my account myself which I feel was a tactic to trap artists into keeping their accounts because they know most artists feel strongly against NFTs.

I will no longer be using this app.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2022-01-08, version 0.1.52*

I originally came to this app looking for better places to share my art online since Twitter and Instagram were turning to trash. Bubblehouse was another one of those apps that was by artists for artists, and this was BEFORE Bubblehouse became an NFT related app! Finding this out after a short hiatus left me disappointed and to be honest a little betrayed. I don’t care if these claim to be “eco-friendly” NFTs there’s nothing friendly about them. I cannot continue to be on an app that supports something that me and a majority of artists don’t and will not support.

### 5/5 — Death to Broken Sea!

*2022-06-17, version 0.1.214*

This is exactly what the NFT space needs… Options. So many of us have been battered and beaten by OpenSea and it’s finally pushed teams to create better platforms. Apps/platforms like Bubblehouse is what’s going to keep the NFT space alive and thriving!

### 5/5 — How to find money I’ve earned

*2022-05-30, version 0.1.184*

So overall I love the app and how easy everything is but I saw that I’ve sold 58 editions though when I go to the wallet I see no balance. Am I missing something?

### 5/5 — Customer service/Withdrawing

*2022-04-16, version 0.1.147*

I had an amazing experience working with their customer service team. I had a little problem and they easily walked me through a solution, and resolved everything! Withdrawing was super easy, overall great app great experience

### 5/5 — Incredible App

*2022-01-29, version 0.1.66*

Clean UX. Amazing Community. Creative Artists. If you want an app that gives you the easiest way to start selling NFT's, THIS IS IT. It's never been a better time to be an artist. Download this app now, and you'll love it! BUBBLEHOUSE for life 🙂

### 5/5 — Bugs need to be fixed

*2022-01-26, version 0.1.65*

The app won’t load my page I can’t collect, post see my messages or my profile at all. It’s been like that for days. Would rate better but not working at the moment

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2022-01-19, version 0.1.63*

Love the fact that this app is eco-friendly, social, and just so easy to use.

I have already met so many cool artists and can’t wait for this community to grow!

### 5/5 — BubbleHouse App

*2022-01-14, version 0.1.52*

This app is amazing for building community in the NFT space, they have finally added NFT burning which is a very nice feature. Hope more great new features are coming in the future!

### 5/5 — BUBBLEHOUSE IS THE FUTURE !!*

*2022-01-14, version 0.1.52*

Keep in mind this platform is still in beta, however the Bubblehouse team has been transparent with all the updates and bug fixes. This app makes it simple to mint NFTs and the layout is easy to comprehend! If you’re an artist or collector I highly recommend you install this app. 💚

### 5/5 — The start of something great

*2022-01-03, version 0.1.52*

Just downloaded this morning and was working smooth but I think the platform has WAYYY more internet traffic and now my app is slow. I’ve opened other apps and everything is smooth but this platform now. Can’t wait for updates and the future.

### 5/5 — Great app with lots of potential

*2021-12-30, version 0.1.50*

This app definitely has its flaws just like most other up and coming apps, but it’s already a great platform to share and buy art. NFTs are still in the very early stages of evolution and I think Bubblehouse has a good chance to be at the top!
