I appreciate the daily notifications, It keeps me in the know of how my daughter is doing. Also, can’t forget the pictures taken at school, syncs with my phone! 😍

Good app to stay up to date with my child’s school routine but horrible in the aspect that it keeps CONSTANTLY popping up notifications for me to turn on my Bluetooth, although I’m not using the app.

After new updates- I have to delete and reinstalled the app for it to work properly. Sometimes notification doesn’t work even with appropriate settings. There was update a week ago recently and since last week we don’t get updates. We’re provided with paper updates at the pick up. Corporate needs to seriously look at this. This is just unacceptable.

For the past few weeks I’ve been unable to receive notifications from the app. Nothing has changed. I’ve tried to submit a ticket through the app but I received an error message and my request didn’t send. Is there any known issues with this happening to others?

LOVE the app. But it just updated and now the music doesn’t keep playing when you exit out of the app. I use to be able to play the music for my daughter in the car and now whenever I close the app, the songs stop.

This app overall is extremely buggy. I finally got frustrated enough to write a review because the app sends me 3-4 notifications every time something happens. Not 3-4 different notifications, the SAME notification duplicated 3-4 times. Other parents I’ve talked to are quietly dealing with the same thing. I hope this negative review will motivate TLE to invest more in their tech. The pictures are also pretty low quality, like they’re overly compressed.

I enjoy using the app to see pictures taken of my grandson’s class.  I like seeing the alerts along with attendance data.  I dislike the marketing and games pages and actively avoid them.

The pictures uploaded look like they’re from 2006 which is a bummer. The app glitches so much, especially when I’m trying to hold it to the reader to get into the facility. There have been multiple times I cannot get in and I was told that it happens a lot with iPhones. Unfortunately, it’s the only way I can see what my child is up to, so I just have to continue using

Chats don’t go to your kids teachers directly

It’s been 2 months with issues with door access working. I shouldn’t have to rely on someone being at the front desk to let me in. I should be able to get to my kid if I need to without having to wait for someone to open the doors. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work. The school can’t seem to get technical support for it when there are many families having the same issue. Absolutely ridiculous.

My door access never works despite sending tickets, restarting and redownloading the app. Notifications aren’t consistent. Some days I get them, some days I don’t. Have tried updating app, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out and logging back in. When I do get notifications it comes thru in batches of 3. So bizarre. Seems like these complaints are ongoing for many months looking back at reviews. Love our teachers and school but for what we pay in attendance this app should work much better.

I don’t care for this app. I don’t like they don’t have options for any of the banking accounts, even though it’s our money that pays for this. I like paying up ahead because I get paid weekly and I could do that with my previous daycare. There is no option to look at monthly statements. The app is also sending 5-10 notifications on just a single update that daycare sends. 10/10 recommend the daycare, 0/10 recommend this app.
Update to this, now the app is glitching more and won’t load my child’s day half the time.

There’s no reason this app needs *full photo access* just to save a photo to the photo library, the developers need to support “add photos only” permission that many other apps like this use, including SproutAbout.  

Thankfully, I can “share” and then save the photo, but it would be simpler if I could just tap the download button.

The Learning Experience in Goodyear was the best life decision we made for our little one. Our daughter blossomed throughout her time she was enrolled. Ms. Makaila, Ms. LaShonda, Ms. Mariah, and the owners were always loving and caring to all the children enrolled. TLE provides a great curriculum and a variety of fresh and healthy food!

I want to take a moment to thank the amazing team at this daycare. You can truly see the care, patience, and dedication the teachers show to the children every single day. As a parent, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that my child is in a safe, loving, and attentive environment.

I also want to highlight the director, who always welcomes us in the morning with a big smile and such positive energy. It really makes a difference and brightens our day.

Thank you for everything you do. This is truly a place where children can grow happy and well cared for.

My daughter started at TLE in Pickerington, Oh recently. I work almost 30-40 mins away, so having this app gives me so much peace of mind! I can see pictures and what she’s eaten during the day. The app also has games and learning videos for her as well!

Our children just started this school and in less than a month we are seeing huge improvements! We have two boys, and they’re in different classes so being able to check on them throughout the day, while we’re working has been such a relief. Not only is the app organized, but it’s also EASY TO USE! We enjoy going on there and seeing the different lessons, and activities the kids are involved in. The structure is there, and it shows at home. They’re more emotionally regulated and speaking so clear. I mean the difference is night and day. Their confidence and the way they wake up excited to go, it’s truly amazing. I’m so grateful for the teachers and staff there that have already been a huge blessing to our family: Briana (you made this process so simple and easy, thank you for guiding us every step of the way) Ms. Tay, Ms. Kam, Ms. Cairo etc thank you for all that you do. You all are the pieces of the bigger puzzle and do what you do well. Mr. John, my boys won’t leave without giving you a pound. Thank you for being the male representation that all little boys need. Biggest accomplishment: seeing the potty usage throughout the day, makes me feel so relieved as a parent. Every kid is ready at their own pace but the extra support at school makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! The updates provide us assurance that we’re getting our moneys worth. I’d recommend this school and app to anyone & everyone I know. My only regret is, I wish we would’ve made the switch sooner. I feel confident sending my children here, and the anxiety of leaving my children at a school has 100% went away. THANK YOU TLE!
