When we finally got a response from their support team, they asked us to send a video of it “not working” — in a pool. Let that sink in. How exactly do you video a pool cleaner that won’t turn on underwater? After jumping through that hoop and sending the email multiple times since, complete silence. Zero follow-up, zero resolution, zero customer service. The product may look impressive but the support infrastructure behind it is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2026-07-05* App is useless.
