There’s always glitches happening. There’s certain parts of the app that I can’t press. like if I want to specifically search in my city, I don’t have access to that if I want to change my city it takes so long because it just glitches so most of the times I just used their website and not their app it is very convenient to see what’s happening now, but you don’t have a lot of access to the entire thing and has somebody that likes to travel. This is a scam where they are charging for tickets and have no customer support when things go wrong due to their website and deceptive marketing. They are also keeping and probably selling customer data. No matter how many times I unsubscribe from emails and texts, I still get them. It was the Golden girls kitchen experience. It was a terrible experience. It was poorly managed, chaotic, terrible service and advertised as a kitchen and we waited an our for ordered food that never came. $20.00 to park and $60.00 for admission and heard everyone around us complaining about their experience. I was able to purchase two child tickets but couldn’t not redeem without the purchase of an adult ticket. Nowhere on the site does it instruct you to purchase an adult ticket in order to buy child’s tickets. Unable to get ahold of customer service.
