Whenever I try to log into the account, it freezes and the keyboard won’t show up to do anything. I see that is a common issue for some time now.

It looks like people have been complaining since last year that they can’t sign in to use the app. I am a new Buckeye Broadband customer and also found this problem in February 2021. Not a god first impression.

App constantly freezes on iPad after shopping and getting ready to pay. Also unable to paste coupon codes when copied from the store landing page. I just end up going to my computer. Going to uninstall.
