It only shows your rewards. There’s no place to see your purchase history, track your purchase, etc. no history at all. I deleted the app as soon as I installed it. Very unintelligent design resulting in less sales ### 1/5 — Worst shopping app I’ve used! *2024-08-03* I never wright app reviews but this app is the worst shopping app I’ve used, I love buckle but this app is not it. First, there was no where I could look at my order I placed on the website after signing into my app. Then I look at tops and found one and it said my size was available, but wouldn’t let me add to my cart. There was a reserve in store option only so maybe it is only available in store? I did the reserve thing to see. It also wont pull up the item details when you click on an item. ### 2/5 — Easier using the website *2024-05-14* I too am a Buckle fanatic and have answered ad nauseam their surveys when online and for their app. Wonder if they were ever read because it doesn’t seem like anything changed. Most recently I was looking for my purchase history on the app. Seems reasonable, no? Can’t find it anywhere. Went to the internet and bam! There it was! And don’t bother checking the box “remember me” because they never do. ### 1/5 — Pretty useless tbh.. *2024-04-29* Well, I love buckle I love the clothes they have but the website wouldn’t work on my iPhone so I was like “well I’ll get the app maybe that’ll fix it” and long story short it didn’t fix anything. It’s almost like I can’t use the app. Like after me using it for like 2-3 minutes, it won’t load anything else and says “swipe down to refresh” or “try again” so I mean I’m really mad bc I thought it was gonna fix the problem that I have. Also it’s annoying that you can only order things from one specific store. That’s so stupid. It’s the dumbest way I’ve seen an app built. I really hope they read this and try to make it better. ### 1/5 — Not my favorite app *2024-03-18, version 3.0.0* The website is FAR more user friendly than this app. I really dislike that when you click on a product it just brings up a massive photo of it but you can’t scroll down for more info. It’s probably one of the worst designed shopping apps I’ve used. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-01-11* Totally unfortunate that if you do not live anywhere near a store you cannot buy the products. I stumbled on a store while on vacation and loved the clothes, we bought a bunch of stuff and when I went to order online…. Shockingly, NOT AN OPTION!? I live in New England. There’s not a single location in New England. I’d have to drive to New York according to google. I guess I’ll just go shop the brands directly from the suppliers online…. ### 1/5 — Swing and a miss and a miss *2023-10-26* The app search features are not user friendly, you cannot filter by store availability which I understand to a point. However you also cannot see previous orders. So I want to order the same jeans as last time but cannot reference previous orders. That’s fine… I’ll save them to a wishlist… nope - also not available on the app. Maybe they got the programming from a set of IKEA assembly instructions (lots of work, feeble results). Then if you need need to purchase it sends you to the web. It is complete garbage and so is the credit card I will not be using their stupid credit card which I can’t even get it to submit my form of payment. It’s just an odd concept. As expensive as the clothes are at Buckle surely some funds can be allocated towards app development, order processing, and fulfillment. If the point is to keep foot traffic in the store for sales commissions then it’s an antiquated way of doing business. Terrible experience for consumers wanting to use this app. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2021-07-07, version 2.5.4* I’ve been trying to “reinstall “my buckle app for the last week. I’ve deleted it, tried redownload. I just want the app so I can pay my bill. I had searched for sunglasses, it displayed an index of shades, I tried multiple times to select the one pair I wanted, all it did was enlarge the image. I hit the heart over the image, but that didn’t do anything. Thought that might let me purchase from a wishlist, but it didn’t. Clearly the store can’t run a competent app, so it’s not getting my money. Turned out it was a blessing because I found similar shades at a lower price on Target’s app. Target runs a competent app, hence it gets my money. Pretty simple business all things considered. Great to be able to make payments on my buckle card in the store since my app was taken away from me! My teenage son is so confused about all his apps in anther state and country! We have always lived in Sweeny Texas. But everything we try to order online takes us to a fake buckle or a buckle in a far away place like California or other Countries. I really like how you can reserve clothing in the store, so that you can pick it up! One thing that I think you could change is the item page. Sometimes they don’t tag the shirts, and you have to find them through the search menu. I’m Not patient enough to go online and then wait to order, so I LOVE being able to see what’s in my local store that I can pick up within 24 hr! ### 5/5 — Love this app *2019-02-28* The Buckle app helps me find the items I am searching for right in the app and even tells me if it is available in a location near me, you can also reserve on the app for up to 24 hours to ensure the store keeps your size in stock! I always find lots I want, but generally can't find my size. I've been disappointed the last 2 times I've gone in.
