It does not load further than this, tried months ago, and now as well, the problem is not resolved. ### 2/5 — Unresponsive *2026-03-09* The app most of the time doesn’t response on any thing ### 2/5 — No storage permissions asked and no data stored in the app. *2025-12-27* Tried booking tickets while continuing as guest wasn’t a very pleasant experience, wasn’t able to download the ticket since the app permissions were never asked for storage. Thought I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to see any history or info in the application. Thankfully the email arrived but a little late.(confirmation email should be instant for such big corporation handling big data. Security risk since people with same name can mix match the system as no DOB is required. First, I could not book with it because it would not accept my international credit card. I had to go to a travel agent and pay in person. When I flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara, all the flights were cancelled or delayed due to bad weather at the Pokhara airport. Yet there was precious little info on the app about the status of the flights and I could not understand the announcements in the KTM airport - the English was so as that it was unintelligible. I rely on airline apps in these circumstances but not in this case. For my return trip I got messages on the screen of my iPhone two weeks before my flight, stating that flights were being affected by poor weather, but the messages were not visible on the app when I opened it (I was using it as a guest, not signed in). It found my flight when I searched for it, it then said I had no booked trips. ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-10-07* Opening the app simply results in a 25th anniversary logo and then it freezes.
