More than just an app, Buddhability is an amazing source to a profound philosophy that makes it easy to understand and apply to daily life, even for someone like me. It has given me the wisdom to continue finding ways to develop myself with a positive outlook and helping connect to my closest friends and family members and contributing to their happiness. In my own personal life I've learned about my own capabilities: developing my own wisdom, courage, compassion, and contributing to advancing peace, culture, and education in this world
