## What is BuddyBuild?

Training alone gets old. BuddyBuild connects you with people at your level who want to train when you do — so you always have a spotter, a training partner, and someone to keep you accountable.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Post a session — pick your workout (push day, legs, CrossFit, cardio…), set the time and your gym, and you're live.

2. Discover sessions near you — swipe through open workout sessions posted by people nearby. You only see sessions within your search radius.

3. Request to join — found a session that fits? Send a request. Session creators review requests and pick their training partner.

4. Chat and confirm — once you're in, chat opens up. Agree on the details, confirm the workout, and meet at the gym.
