It’s not even possible to store your booking. Email is much more convenient than this app.

You contact budget by telephone and they direct you to the app informing you you can amend your current agreement however this is not possible. 45 minutes on hold on the phone and the app doesn't work. Budget is there a disappointing .

I figured this would be like other cat hire apps and allow you to sign up and store your journey details for quick retrieval when needed

You can’t. You have to manually enter your name, email & (quite long) reference number every time you want to look. What is the point!? It’s quicker to retrieve your email with the details on it (which you’d need to do anyway because the app doesn’t store details of bookings unless you can remember long numbers)

Komplett unbedienbar diese App. Hab es jetzt auch nach 10 Versuchen nicht geschafft, Abholdatum/zeit und Abgabedatum/zeit einzugeben. Immer springt irgendwas um oder zurück. Und ich bin kein Noob.

Haben verschiedene Buchungen für einen USAufenthalt gemacht. Leider kann nur jede Buchung einzeln aufgerufen werden. Keine Speicherung aller Buchungen 🫣🫣wie zum Beispiel bei Booking

Every time I book car rental and try and retrieve booking on the app, it always says it doesn’t recognise the booking ref number.  It looks like it’s been going on for years.

I was hoping this would help me keep details of my booking handy and easy to retrieve but you need to enter the (very long) reference number as well as your surname and email address each time you move from the My Bookings page and doesn’t hold any of your details. Cannot manage your booking in any way (or on the web site) once you have booked and paid.

Tried to check in for my booking online but website doesn’t work but recommends using the app. Load the app and there’s still no way to check in! 
Shall now remove this app, absolutely useless to me.

folks stay away from budget. i ranted a car for my trip in ireland but there was an issue with my credit card so i called them to cancel the reservation. budget told me it’s all good i’ll receive my money back soon. and what do you think? 2 months later still no money! i try to call them - they hang up the phone, i try to write an email - never received an answer! so i’m preparing my documents to go to the court because basically they just stole 800 euros and think that it will work good for them. i don’t think so. i believe that a judge will consider them as looters and i will have my money back + the moral compensation. crazy to believe that the company is still legal after the illegal stuff they are doing to fraud their costumers

L’application est mal faite. Il est impossible de rentrer l’intégralité de mon nom de famille (nombre de caractères limités dans le champs dédiés), les filtres ne me donne aucun résultat sur une recherche spécifique (boîte automatique). Très mal pensé et pas du tout intuitif.

I recommend not to book on Budget Car Hire, they take your money and they don’t give you the service and then they make excuses just not to refund you your money, be careful, they scam people

I can’t do anything on this app.  I have an issue during my rental period, couldn’t drive the car!  I am in a foreign country and I cannot do anything about it.  I had to get the car back to the rental office to solve the issue.  Still not solved.

Impossible de trouver une réservation effectuée en ligne malgré plusieurs tentatives. Il faut passer par le site booking. Cela me rend quelque peu craintive sur la location à venir… ça ne renvoie pas un message très rassurant disons.

Man kann sich nicht einloggen und bestehende Buchungen anzeigen. Lediglich durch Eingabe der Buchungsdaten aus der Mail funktioniert das - und dann brauche ich die App auch nicht mehr.

Tried to log in and entered all my details, just got the wheel of death for 2 mins then kicked me out. Tried again and double checked my booking ref was correct and same fault. Just a waste of time. If they can’t get a simple app right what does it say about the company.

Impossible d’accéder à ma réservation , message d’erreur : booking engine exception.
J’essaye depuis deux jours, et il y a une autre évaluation avec la même remarque. Ça ne semble donc pas être un problème temporaire.
