The insides have been disgusting many times. I have to clean them myself and that is frequently unexpected use of my time. Even logged into my account with my Fastbreak info populated, I can’t complete a reservation because the app refuses to accept multiple attempts to pay with valid credit cards. When I tried to set up my app on my phone, I had to redo the login repeatedly. Once I input my credit card information, it told me that I could not move forward and I had to call Budget. It gave me a phone number which sent me to an incredibly rude person that told me that I was calling Avis. When I called the new number, the same exact person answered the phone and was again rude. I called to extend my rental because. Family and I was told that I had to pay a rate $150 higher than a normal weekly rate because it was an extension they’re going to make me drive to the airport while my dad is actively dying to change the car and not pay the extra money. Such a ridiculous policy and feels Like price gauging. And NO ONE I spoke with would make any exception ### 1/5 — Just crashes *2026-08-25, version 15.10* Just crashes ### 1/5 — Fix your drop downs *2026-08-23, version 15.10* Try to make a rez and put in US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. It insists that you have to use the drop down for state or province but won’t give you any options. And because you can’t fill it in, you get an error when you try to submit. Pro Tip: credit card processors only care about the zip. So I chose USA and Virginia but put in my Virgin Islands zip and it went right through. Sheeesh. I hated every minute of it. From the account creation all the way to “something’s gone wrong” when trying to pay and reserve my car. It was ridiculous.
