I booked my China Eastern Airlines flight through their platform, but when I tried to change my flight tickets, I contacted them three to four times, and every time they refused to help or provide any proper solution. Even though I clearly stated that I was ready to pay any required charges, they kept repeating the same excuse: “No tickets or flights are available for your requested city and country.” However, when I personally checked online, I found that tickets were actually available for my route — meaning they didn’t even bother to check properly.
