I booked my China Eastern Airlines flight through their platform, but when I tried to change my flight tickets, I contacted them three to four times, and every time they refused to help or provide any proper solution. Even though I clearly stated that I was ready to pay any required charges, they kept repeating the same excuse: “No tickets or flights are available for your requested city and country.” However, when I personally checked online, I found that tickets were actually available for my route — meaning they didn’t even bother to check properly. It’s really disappointing to face such unhelpful and unprofessional service from a platform that claims to make travel easier. But this app didn’t send anything to me. They made a excuse airline hold your ticket.After alot of calls and requests i paid double money then I received my ticket. I am requesting to everyone please 🙏 don’t purchase any kind of ticket from this app. On another hand airline can’t help you without reservation or itinerary number.
