Usually no where. I sent an email not expecting a response until Tuesday but I got an email about how I could sort my order - so grateful. I mean they did try to call -twice - before but my phone had died so email was sent. I really do not worry anymore if I have a problem with my order because I know that budget staff will sort it as soon as possible so thanks everybody that works at budget. Reno full of my own my credit card had to be cancelled and a new one issued. I contacted Paypal who advised me that they had contacted you directly while also encouraging me to contact you to enable an order to go. I have written to you on several occasions and never received the response and this was no difference and I did not hold out much hope Given I’ve been a customer for some time and you provide an opportunity to contact you directly. One would hope that this would occur but of course it did not resulting in my order being cancelled and me having to purchase food from another retailer.
