The error message “can’t sign up at this time” is ridiculous. And if so, the cards need to be discontinued so that no new customers are able to get them. Please fix your app so that people are able to not only create an account, but also see how much money they have without constantly having to call customer service. **Developer response:** Signing up in our app is currently disabled as we are transitioning to a new processing partner.
