The error message “can’t sign up at this time” is ridiculous. And if so, the cards need to be discontinued so that no new customers are able to get them. Please fix your app so that people are able to not only create an account, but also see how much money they have without constantly having to call customer service. **Developer response:** Signing up in our app is currently disabled as we are transitioning to a new processing partner. If you already have an account then you do not need to sign up. I just don’t like to have a bunch of cash on hand but until you offer a beneficiary option it just doesn’t seem like a very safe place to keep my money in the event something were to happen to me. If I have thousands of dollars sitting in your account and I should pass I wouldn’t want my family to have to go through probate to get to my money. I have always felt like budgeting and finances would be a stressful part of life that I just wouldn’t easily accomplish on my own. Jelli has taken budgeting and made it something not only that I understand, but something that I actually enjoy. My favorite part is the visual representation of separating my money into different jelly jars. Save yourself some time and hassle with Jelli instead. It’s easy to use and has made budgeting and saving so much easier with its ability to separate your money into different Jelli jars. Most people take out cash to do this sort of budgeting but with Jelli you don’t have to. Jelli is allowing me to meet my goals and it’s been the best thing I’ve found for my financial health. It is so easy to manage you money with Jelli Jars. Every time I get paid I just move my money into my jars and that’s it, it’s so simple to track your spending. And it’s the best way to save for the things I want!! And I can easily send or receive money from my family and friends. It’s my new bank account. It works for everything that I need. This app allows you to easily spread your paycheck into different “jars” so you can easily live within your dining budget, entertainment budget etc. it’s also great because your teenagers can have a “credit card” that they can load from Jelli.
