### 4/5 — iPhone keyboard issue

Hi, I’m currently experiencing issues with the app and the iPhone keyboard. I can’t alter any payments or add new as once the keyboard pops up, I can’t move the next or minimise / done and the keyboard covers the icons in the app to move on. Sorry I can’t report the issue in the app either as the same happens and I have to close the app. 
Otherwise this is a fab little app

Since the update the adverts cover some of the buttons in the payments selection. I’m not not able to change or add any payments.

I have used and subscribed to this app for over 5 years and find it really useful. Would rate 5 stars as a rule but I’ve just got a new iPhone and whenever I try to open the app it just crashes and closes straight away? Any ideas how to fix this? I’d be sad to not use this resource any more

This was the best budgeting app for me - easy to use, simple to set up, except the overdraft feature that’s never worked, but with the new update they’ve changed the colour scheme ever so slightly to a putrid green when you’re “in credit” with your budget and adding bold outlines to everything that it’s now unusable to me. I’ll have to check another 20 before finding one that works again.

This app is amazing in helping me plan my budget! I love how clear it is and how it simplifies my budgeting. Occasionally the app bugs however these instances are quickly rectified. Furthermore, the staff are always super friendly if I ever have any issues and are super helpful. I cannot reccomend this app enough

Hi.

I pay anual subscription but recently it’s not letting me use the added options. States I don’t have a plan but when I click on the plans it shows I do. Also it shows I renewed it in August this year and still have until August next year. Any help?????

This app is perfect for my budgeting needs.. when it works. 
It’s a 50/50 chance that I will click the app and it will load and be useable. The other 50% of the time it just sits on the app icon and refuses to load till it eventually times out. 
App is fully updated but seems to bug out occasionally and refuses to do anything. Very inconvenient when I need to see or update my finances

**Developer response:** Fixed a lot of the issues in our latest releases. (now 3.0.6) Hopefully the app is back to being brilliant again.

I’ve been using this app for a couple of yrs now and it worked fine but there was an update and this has caused the app to stop working and all my data is gone!!!! What’s going on?!?

I chose to upgrade to the pro version for a cost and yet it doesn’t recognise I did that and won’t sync with the info input into the free version. Even restarting my phone didn’t help. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then it still said I had to purchase the Pro version again. And I did, once for $10 and now for $3 and the stupid app won’t sync, won’t allow me to access. I’d like a refund please, happy to escalate to Apple if required. App STILL DOES NOT WORK.

Since they updated this app I have had nothing but problems , I can't even go into it as the minute I do it just goes off and returns to my main screen . Wish I hadn't paid to update for a year ..... what a total waste of money

Since the latest update my app crashes at every data input, I can no longer budget for a year now I can only see 3 months ahead, I paid £4.99 for the no ads etc it's now unreliable!! I hate the colour scheme I'm now forced to have before I had lots of choice... this app WAS fab now it's useless to me I now hate it!!!!!!

**Developer response:** Sorry for the issues.  Different Colour schemes are coming back (thanks to feedback like this).  Tap on the actual date in your budget and you can set your budget as far into the future as you want. We have managed to solve the crashing issues so come back and give the updated version a try.

I used the previous version of this app for years and it was excellent! This version is buggy, inaccurate and unreliable. I'm now looking for an alternate app.

**Developer response:** Last couple of releases have fixed most of the crashes and bugs that users have reported to us.  Our logs are showing very few crashes too now.  Come back and give us another try!

This is the closest app to what I am looking for in a budget tool. It displays a forecast of cashflow at any point in time - encouraging me to stick to budget! Simple and easy to use.
