Very annoying as there is not a button for going back to the previous page.if you click an item to view it and then want to go back you’ll have to go down click home then again click shop and search for the page you was on. Will be uninstalling the app because that’s a lot of wasted efforts over something so simple

The most useless app I have seen. What is the point in having an app that just redirects you to your own website. The app wouldn’t even let me log into my account. I verified all of the information was correct by logging into the budk website but the app still wii oh I’ll not let me log in.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but almost everything you click on in the app brings you to the website. Defeats the purpose of even having an app in the first place.

There one lady that it seems to answer all the call from this company is extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I couldn’t believe it how she handle my situation very unprofessional and all this over $10. Buy at your risk cause you ain’t get anywhere with them and specially with customer service.

You know one of the joys of online shopping is putting your cart together.  But idk what’s goin on but the end of 2018 this app wouldn’t save anything to my cart whatsoever..... so shopping with you guys is hard to do when I put my cart together on Monday and Thursday it’s empty. 
Shame cause ... Amazon .... Walmart..... JET they don’t have this problem.  So for now they’ll be getting my purchases until this issue is resolved.

I used to order from this company a lot when I was younger, so I figured they were trustworthy. I found out very much the opposite. I recently made 3 orders totaling about 60 dollars the money was taken from my card and I thought all was well. until next day I get an email saying my card was declined when there was more than enough money on there and the transaction already went through. I tried and tried to get help with it they told me it was a pending transaction and it would be back in my bank within 3 days. The money was never returned and I never received any orders. So all and all I’m saying DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will scam you and take your money with no regret. The one customer service lady I called was very rude also the second one was polite but the first one should be fired.

I have ordered many knives from BUDK, and not once did I have any problems. They are a truly excellent company. 
Their customer service is second to none.
I have recommended BUDK to many of my friends and not one of them have been disappointed.
I can’t imagine anyone not giving BUDK 5 stars. 
They have my business without question. 👍🏻
