## What is Budou Coloring?

Budou is a quiet little coloring app for children aged 3 to 8.

No ads. No in-app purchases. No account. No internet required. Nothing your child
makes ever leaves the device.

WHAT'S INSIDE
· 120 hand-drawn pictures across 8 themes — cute animals, dinosaurs, ocean friends,
things that go, fairy tales, space, nature and food
· Tap to fill a shape, or draw freely with crayon, marker, pencil, brush, spray and patterns
· Big, forgiving touch targets designed for small fingers
· Two age modes: fewer, simpler tools for ages 3–5; more colors and brushes for 6–8

MADE FOR SMALL HANDS
Every picture is checked so that tapping inside a shape fills exactly that shape —
no color leaking outside the lines. Progress saves by itself, so a half-finished
drawing is still waiting tomorrow. Finishing one brings a small celebration, and the
artwork goes straight into My Artwork.

FOR PARENTS
· No advertising of any kind, and no in-app purchases
· No sign-up, no data collection, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
· Artwork and progress live in the app's local storage on your device
· Content leaves the app only when you choose to save to Photos or share —
and sharing sits behind a parent gate
· Works completely offline, on a plane or anywhere else

For iPhone and iPad. Landscape only.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.0.2 — 2026-09-16

Two new ways to play.

New: Free Draw
· Tap Free Draw at the top of the home screen — a blank sheet for whatever they like
· Crayon, marker, pen, highlighter and eraser
· Drawings go straight into My Artwork

New: Stickers
· Open any picture, then tap the smiley at the bottom of the right-hand toolbar
· Eyes, stars, hearts, crowns, rainbows and more — twelve in all
· Drag them, resize them, spin them, or take them off again

### 2.0.1 — 2026-09-13

Welcome to the English version of Budou!

The whole app now speaks English — every screen, all 120 picture names, and the eight themes.

Also in this update:
· Sharper line art, with smoother edges when you fill
· Smoother brush strokes
· Faster switching between pictures
· Fixed a rare crash when drawing at the very edge of the canvas

### 2.0.0 — 2026-09-03
