There are a lot of bugs in the app. You can’t simply replay the videos. Frustrating when I just want some help, but no way am I going to give them more money with their hard sell. ### 4/5 — Outstanding and Helpful Program *2026-06-05, version 10.33.0* Not only do I feel this has been the most useful program that I have used for women's daily health and wellbeing but I truly believe this should be a mandatory class for girls in school to prevent future pelvic health issues. This program is a game changer for pelvic floor health. The women in this program are so supportive of each other. There is always new material based on community feedback. I cannot put into words the difference this program has made in my day to day life. I can actually sleep through the night now! ### 2/5 — Concept good, app is clunky *2026-03-25, version 9.31.0* The concept of this app is great, the idea that it can provide functional exercises and advice on something that a lot of people struggle with fantastic! However, the app itself is not very friendly. You have to scroll through a lot to get where you want to be. The videos leave a lot of questions unanswered that make you need to read comments for guidance. Then they don’t allow you to manage your subscription in app but then when you try and use their website it never recognizes your login or password. Found out today they changed their platform and there is no way of managing the subscription without contacting them. I’ve now cancelled so hopefully I ain’t fighting with them when my subscription runs out because they didn’t cancel me. ### 2/5 — Dud *2025-08-27, version 8.26.0* I feel like I’ve been dudded. Putting off surgery as long as possible just might be a forever ‘on hold’ option. They have upgraded to a new platform which has caused some headaches and issues for them and those caught in the upgrade process but I am now in it without difficulty. I feel mislead, and disappointed. No wonder women have such a hard time with health. Everyone is misleading and scamming for more money. There was nothing indicating workouts were separate. It even talked I the add about the buff muff method having daily workouts that are 12mins or less. No, I have to pay extra for daily workouts. Wouldn’t be upset if this was up front. They have twice now tried to get me to update the payment info in their portal. They changed their platform and it has not work since! I have tried to regain access repeatedly by replying to emails, trying to log in using pswd, using email etc and also reaching out directly to their help line. I get many emails in my inbox, proof it is correct in their system, but no replies to my requests for help. It seems like a program that might work BUT it feels very scammy!! Reddit reviews are bad! Paid >$150 and get told “you do not have access to this video” for every single one. I had problems accessing videos with then going to new platforms or whatever it is they keep doing. I had planned to cancel, before it renewed but I was too late. So, this year, $147 was taken out of my account. I thought, ok, I better use it. Every time I try, there are problems. In the group messages, there are so many complaints that others don’t have access. So, they are very aware that it is doing this to their customers. Sometimes it’ll let me watch the videos. And then they change something and I’m totally locked out again, by the time I open the app the next time. Their number doesn’t take messages, and my emails get form letters that don’t address the issue. The months are flying by (8 now) and when I try to use the App, it says I need to subscribe, or I don’t have access. No program is any good if you can’t get access or assistance. I’ve used Buff Muff for about 2 years, and it has helped me stay on track and motivated to devote the few minutes it takes each day to strengthen and improve the function of my pelvic floor. I am most definitely better today because I have used this app and its program. Good exercises, explained well, good support, aligns with other sources of information I’ve used (e.g., in-person PT, etc.). This app and the team behind it are the real deal.
