Indian food in a buffet setting is the best way to experience, by far, the best cuisine in the world. We're spoiled in the DMV with so many south asian restaurants, but only some of them have buffets. Especially after COVID it's been difficult to determine which ones do. I'm surprised an app like this doesn't exist already, I was able to pull up Indian restaurants near me that were already vetted and pre-screnned so my search took even less than it would've otherwise
