The game is great! The only issue I had was maneuvering the balsa airplane on the second to last level. There was no real control on navigating the plane, it just made the game super frustrating.

The snail and raccoon are both repetitiously naggy and rather annoying—But I enjoy everything else re the graphics and difficulty of certain challenges. The anthills & balsa wood airplane took a long time to accomplish. Fun game, cool visuals.

I played this game previously on an iMac and loved it..great graphics fun story and activities.  Recently found a version for my iPad and, while graphics and story are still the same, the controls are awkward and not responsive enough...frustrating and annoying.

見つけたときアプリ版もあるんだ！！とすぐさまダウンロードしました。
子供の頃どうしてもクリアできなかったハーフパイプが今ではすんなりクリア出来てしまって、時の流れを感じました。

First of all, thank you for this game. It's amazing. I remember playing this years ago. 
One bug I've noticed is that I can't seem to jump, pickup, or kick when using accelerometer controls. I'm doing what it says in the menu, but the taps and swipes don't register. I'm not sure if that's a problem with my device or the game. I can still move, but I can't do anything else. The game works fine with the virtual buttons.

This game has a cute theme and is relatively easy to master.  Ten levels of user play offer enough discovery of new challenges to keep it interesting while the UI provides an easy to master control set whether played on an iPod, iPhone or iPad.

My young daughter enjoys trying to master the challenges throughout the game and loves challenging her grandpa to help her improve her skills.  The ability to airplay the app onto a big screen can extend participation to a room full of spectators. We have a lot of fun with this game.

I've played Bugdom 2 for years on the computer. I recently found it was available for IOS. I purchased the game for $3 and tried it out. It does the original computer version justice! I look forward to getting as much out of this version as the computer version. Excellent game!

Update - By turning the game upside down, I was able to make it through the gutter level. I also played the sewer level upside down. However, the Balsa Airplane level will not play correctly either. It plays better when game is upside down as well, but it's difficult to get your bearings when the flying game is upside down.

Controls are even easier than the Mac version and landscape loads perfectly. I'm with other reviewers that Bugdom 1 should get ported, haven't properly played that since OS X.. Release it as a 20th Anniversary special in a few years?

I wanted to like this. But theres so many problems. First, its glitchy. Second, its awkward. Third, its empty... I mean theres barely anything to do. Its mostly just wandering around. And 4th, its a rip-off. There are no access to later levels. I contacted the devs, they responded in a couple days which is awesome, but the answer i got was "i dont know". So i paid full price and can only playba portion of the game. I wish i didnt waste my money on this.

Trying to download 5.0.1 so I can update game and I keep getting met with "there's not enough room to download it" so I delete loads of stuff to make room and still keep getting the same message!! Is anyone else having this problem? It's driving me mad!!! Please help if u can ! Thank u
