I decided to end the rental. I didn’t have time for drop off so I let them come get it. Then I returned the key to the office, and there is STILL a $300 key charge, after returning the key plus several calls. Yesterday, I called again and they even hung up on me. They also didn’t take the $250 deposit off my bill. I planned to pay, but NOT that much of an overcharge. I could debate some of the other charges, but those are the main TWO that NEED adjustment. I have been reaching out for months. Now decided to write a review. They deserve less than 2 stars, but I rented the car willingly for $400/week for a few months. ### 3/5 — New app update *2025-07-31* The new update on the app it kool however if your making a particular payment when you type it on the keyboard a number then the keyboard doesn’t go away so you can confirm the payment so I had to call the customer service number to make a payment please fix this on the app please ### 4/5 — Fair *2025-03-28, version 3.0.74* Buggy has worked with me when I didn’t have the money to pay the weekly payment I was 4 days late. They do everything they can to help you keep your rental so you can make money.Thank you, I would recommend them to a friend or family member. In fact I’ve told countless people who were looking to get into rideshare about buggy. ### 1/5 — New things need to be changed *2025-02-19* They need to give you the option to remove a card on the app instead having to call customer support to remove it for you. The phone options changed where i was able to call the billing department directly now i get just customer service and it goes straight to voicemail. This is totally unacceptable and things need to change. Give us to power to add and remove cards in the app. If not they will charge that card and they have not been good on communication and getting back with results. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-01-25, version 3.0.73* Worst rental company ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. REPORTING TO BBB ### 1/5 — This is the capitalism system. We are the sheep of this system. *2024-09-12* I rented two cars in two weeks. The first one was expensive but the car they gave me was a problem car. The second one is more expensive than the first one, almost $650 per week. I calculated the income and expenses for two weeks only for the mentioned time, that is, after working 200 hours, only $325, which means my hourly wage is only $1.62 cents. It is very expensive, weekly wage and gas. You will not get your deposit back for 30 days. They are consistent with giving out half truths and later making it seem like they did not lie. After returning the car if you want your deposit back on a different card they won’t acknowledge it and still debited it back to the old card. You will waste your money and spend up to 10,000-20,000 renting a car from them especially if you need it 2-3 months. Stay away from this company they value money over the driver. I called multiple times and there was still no help. People either hang up or say they will call back with the progress but never do. They also charged me for days they said they wouldn’t. They closed because of weather and promised I wouldn’t be charged for the days the physical store and roads were closed. Their cars are also expensive. Honestly an awful company. India based scam company to steal money from their customers with over priced services and promises. Hidden Fees & False Promises *2025-07-23* Rented a car for a month to drive with Uber, but the excessive fees made it impossible to earn a fair wage. The rental itself was overpriced, but the worst part was the **$6 "processing fee" per toll**—often costing more than the toll itself! Even worse, a **manager promised to remove the charges** and transferred me to customer service, where the next agent had **no idea what I was talking about**. After working long hours, high gas prices, and these hidden fees, I ended up making **less than minimum wage**. **Stay away** if you're doing rideshare—this company squeezes drivers with unfair costs and empty promises. ### 1/5 — Deposit *2025-07-03, version 3.0.79* It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my deposit yet. ### 1/5 — Don't do it. *2025-06-24* This company is the worst for renting for rideshare. They charge you a hefty deposit and first week up front then immediately charge you the following Monday even if you picked up the car on a Thursday or Friday. They cut the car off as soon as you're late. They call and threaten you. They're Indian employees are associated with scammers so you start to get calls and text for scams like express lane tolls, and tickets that could affect your license and they seem to happen when you use a toll road.
