Nobody is manning their email or their forum. It's always served me perfectly. However, recently I discovered that the reminders keep coming every minute despite my canceling it or deleting it. No matter what I do, it keeps buzzing. So, if you make one tiny mistake, you have to use the eraser — which is huge compared to the pen, so you end up erasing more than you want and have to erase the entire note and start over. It has been mentioned in the reviews before, but the developer just doesn’t give a darn. (Look through the reviews — developer doesn’t respond.) It is simple and does exactly what it is made more. What I really, really miss, tough, is the possibility to sync accross devices. Sometimes I take notes on the iPad, sometimes on the iPhone. Alarm from a note entered prior to my IOS 13 update won’t shut off. I’ve deleted the note and it’s still alarming. However, I see that the app settings information, the App Store page, the website, etc. are not updated at all and consequently contain false information. Despite what the help section information says, there is no restore purchases feature in the iPad app. I just recently had to replace my iPad with the ninth generation version and the app will not allow me to restore my purchases of different style paper packages. As if that were not bad enough, when I open a note that uses a paper style I purchased in the past, the app is deleting it and converting the note to a plain colored Post-it note of the color it chooses. So not only do I not have access to my past purchases, the app is deleting the purchased notes styles I already have utilized for my notes. I have had this app across all my phones since the iPhone 4. I still use it today and highly recommend it to friends. Everything from passwords I was made to change to zip codes I usually forget to online shopping lists. This user friendly reliable app has cleared the front of my iMac. I’ve been using it for many years and it is still exactly what I need to write a reminder or a note on and even set an alarm for an event. Bug Me keeps me organized and tidy. Love it.
