## What is Bugout Manager?

This is an application for organizing Vector Control Activities. It allows users to find and review information about health metrics, mosquito breeding occurrences, and risk levels and report it to local and regional authorities. It also allows specific users to submit reports as to parcel/regional/country level data (requires a username and password). For use by trained professionals.
