Bought this and it doesn't work. Once I click on a category it goes back to my home page every time . I've tried uninstalling it and turning off power. Nothing works

Though the app is loved by my 2 yo and is definitely a great tool...it completely blacks out frequently. The music continues to play, but the entire screen goes black and can't be accessed. This has happened 3 times in the 30 mins my daughters been trying to use the app. (& this isn't the first time it's happened) 😞

This app is very helpful for all kids. It helps them improve their skills. It works well on my device. Strongly recommend to my friends.
