玩不起就不要玩。在韩国本土软件上搞所谓的Global Awards，用户都是韩国人，发公告都是韩文的，完全没有国际比赛精神。外国人在缺少账号的情况下，用临时邮箱注册账号，被判定违规，然而这不过是kpop常用的打投手段。最搞笑的是投票一开始并没有做限制，投票快结束了突然修改规则。

I tried all of the steps listed on the company’s X post about the captcha errors. However, as of March 2026 this error is still happening. I spent an hour trying to make an account on the website and app. I’d like to leave Spotify but it’s just not possible.

돈은 계속 내는데 매달 1/3 은 못쓰는 서비스. 정보가 없다 이러고 할수있는게 없음

The captcha verification doesn’t work so it is unusable. I assume it doesn’t work because it is expecting a Korean keyboard or something.

### 4/5 — Amazing Audio but International Fans cannot buy streaming tickets

I understand that this music company and many other companies are only Korean streaming services and do not necessarily extend to international users. My best advice to anyone getting this app is to use it for voting on your favorite music, and to not expect to listen to music like you would on Spotify or YouTube Music. Also for the CAPTCHA problem, I found that you can sign up on a computer and that usually fixes the problem.
