## What is buhl?

Die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) schenkt Ihren Kunden-Konto ein Extra an Sicherheit. 

Wenn Sie diese Funktion aktivieren, werden Sie in Zukunft zusätzlich zu Ihrem Passwort 
noch einen Sicherheitscode (Token) eingeben. Dieser Sicherheitscode wird von Ihrer buhl:Authenticator App automatisch für Sie generiert, wenn Sie die App starten. 

Damit wird sichergestellt, dass nur Sie auf Ihre Daten zugreifen können, auch wenn eine andere Person Ihr Passwort kennt.

Ich komme in die Buhl Seite ohne die Authentifizierung ohne 2FA gar nicht rein, obwohl ich 2FA nie beantragt habe.
Ein einfaches Anmelden im Onlineportal geht nicht.
Eine schriftliche Kontaktanfrage ist - nur nach dem Einloggen online möglich.
Ich glaube Schlimmer gehts nimmer.
Ich steige auf jeden Fall auf ein anders Programm um.

Ich würde den App-Entwicklern mal empfehlen, sich ihre App im Dark Mode anzuschauen. Dunkelblaue und dunkelgraue Schrift auf schwarzen Hintergrund ist nicht besonders vorteilhaft. Ansonsten macht die App, was man von ihr erwartet.
