You can’t even get a hold of customer service ### 1/5 — SCAM APP ⚠️🛑☢️ *2026-07-29, version 9.0.2* I was scrolling online and I came across with a Credit repair company called Dovly After downloading their app I signed up for their free seven day trial through Apple Pay on July 15, 2026 After being on the app for 20 minutes, trying to see if there was any kind of service I realized it was a bogus app with no kind of credo repair I immediately went to my subscriptions and tried to cancel, but it would not let me in on July 18. They charged me through Apple Pay $19.99 I tried to dispute it through Apple and it said refund not available because they know that they’re crooked so they don’t allow it This app is not valid and they are stealing from the vulnerable population of people with credit issues I want my money back immediately ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-19, version 9.0.2* Claims for the paid you get unlimited challenges; you do not. 3 per month. I decided to give them a try with buying a yearly subscription I purchased in November of 2025. As of 7/7/26 none of my disputes have been mailed, but the app reported items were deleted which they were not. And of course I have no way of getting a refund. All I did was remove a card that I no longer have access to (an ex). It recommended I remove this account to clean up my total number accounts. So I did. But that made my score decline. I immediately unsubscribed and I want my money back!
